We are new to FRAH and just wanted to share the wonderful experience that we had.
We recently moved from Ontario and needed a new vet to bring our two dogs to.
From start to finish the staff were amazing! We really appreciate the amount of communication regarding the appointments made and follow up.
Our pups were very comfortable and were treated really well.

Milo is known to be a bit spicy but he really put on the full show during his first visit to the Fall River Veterinarian Hospital. We were both treated with kindness and respect despite Milo’s bad manners. My friend recommended this veterinary clinic and spoke highly of the staff’s commitment to making the pet and their owners feel welcome and safe. My experience was definitely professional, welcoming and supportive. A very special thank you to Dr. Cool and her support staff!

Wait for over 45 mins past the appt time in an exam room. Vet was afraid of the dogs right from the start. No follow up call the next day. Very poor quality of service

I had an amazing service for both my binnies. We could bring a healthy binny, too, so he played in the same room with our second one and supported her during her treatment. I highly recommend this place!

Fall River Animal Hospital always puts my dogs’ well-being first. Their knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and reasonable rates have kept me coming back to this clinic even when I have moved away from the area. I have two dogs with a number of sensitivities, and I know they are in great hands at FRAH. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We've been coming to this animal hospital for almost 2 years. We are quite happy with the attention and care shown to our cats. After shopping around, we find the price is certainly decent and the service is outstanding.

Have not had Suzie in some time as she does well but aging. Tiny furry bundle of joy. Time to see how she’s doing. I budgeted & expected $$$. Dr. Leah was amazing! Very informative & did not give stress to my cat as much as possible. She can be a cranky little puss. Suzie, not the vet. I was given options with her treatments that I can decide on given her age of 15. My whole neighborhood knows & loves Suzie as the cat matriarch of our “hood” & a fixture. Really great communication from Dr. Leah. Very impressed!

So happy with my experience here. I was about to leave for work when I noticed my rabbit hadnt come out of his hidey house. He also wouldnt eat, which indicated to me that he may have GI stasis. My regular vet is on maternity leave, so I ended up calling 13 vets trying to find someone who was familiar with rabbits. The fall river animal hospital was so understanding and helpful. Deborah was my tech and Dr. McIntyre was my vet, they were both absolutely amazing. Thank you guys so much!

Giving 2 stars because the staff is generally friendly and the place is super clean. However, my cats had a horrible case of worms for 2 months and I brought them in and spent a lot on tests and meds that didn't work and never did anyone mention worms. Called another vet and told them the symptoms my cats had and they instantly told me that my cats had worms and needed worm treatment. Sure enough one of them threw up a worm. Very disappointed because I spent a lot on tests and ineffective treatments just to have another vet figure out the problem over the phone for free.

We unfortunately had to putour beautiful baby down about a week ago. Something no one ever wants to do or should have to experience, during this very difficult time Dr horseman and her team were incredibly compassionate and empathetic still a very hard time for us but it helped that dr horseman and the team were so kind we also have a 1 year old dog and will definitely be back in the future for any shots or care he may need. Thank you Fall river vet for making us feel that during losing a big part of our family we gained a second one as well
