The walk in doctor basically humiliated me out of his office

The only positive out of my experience was that the receptionist was really nice.

Really like this clinic, it's clean and professional. Staff are helpful and the doctors thorough. Compared to other places really was happy with my experience here.

They are not respect their patients even someone waiting long time outside and feel fatigued and sit inside and wait. In the end when finally turn they said you have to wait outside and you wait in the last
Why? Seriously waiting long time you guys said wait again 5 hours seriously ridiculous

The 1 star is simply for the quality of the doctor. We met an absolutely useless person who has no idea what they are talking about or how to treat/diagnose anything.

The wait time is understandable. The provincial system is absolutely broken and its no fault of the clinic. But when you wait and meet someone who appears to be dumber than WebMD, then it hurts more.

The bosnian doctor is arrogant and doesnt listen. He downplayed my partner’s eye infecon and he emded up needing a surgery. He is downplaying my allergic reaction so i am going to another walk in clinic monday.
Total waste of time to get misdiagnosed and not even being listened to.
He has language barrier but also lazy doing his job.

I love the fact that they say online that there open, but when you get to the clinic it's closed. Then you see a Note on the door saying a list of revised times.
Family focus has no respect for its patients.
Atleast have some respect and update your god dame website with the correct hours of operation. If I could give family focus 0

I really don't like to write negative reviews, especially when I know the issue at hand here with healthcare runs way deeper than this clinic.

But after being at this clinic multiple times for walk-in, after taking days off work so I could wait several hours only to be met with a doctor who is completely unhelpful and dismissive, I would not recommend anyone come here if they have alternatives.

Every time I come here I get the same doctor, who is short and dismissive, does not provide clear instructions, and just says "the pharmacy will know what to do with this" and then doesn't write down all the important information.

Health care in this province is currently abyssmal and has ripple affects everywhere, but my experiences at this clinic have been especially disheartening.

There is one big concern for walk in patients here is that most of the doctors just don't care, and they don't want to take responsibility and commitment. Instead, they just want to get you out the door so they can finish their shifts. For those doctors, they generally are not listening when you talk while also being too lazy to investigate your health conditions. We got into arguments because doctors could not figure out what is going on, and refuse to look at the symptoms to investigate and making connections. One doctor even blame the patient for the physical symptoms that patient is experiencing. They won't make referral because they don't know where to send it, and care too much about their so called "reputation" instead of the wellness of their patients. A family of mine has been going there for a year now for a minor issue, but so far nothing was done and the condition got so bad, could develop into something series. Yet the doctors still UNWILLING to do anything useful for us. This is wild, they are all just in it for the money. I know we need more doctors, but do we have to lower our bar so low to the point we let anyone practice here?

Very bad experience with receptionist and dr. I am stayed in the clinic from 10 am and awaited for turn but doc called me at 5pm. Strange attitude he have not listen to me properly. He just gave me a paper and said make a call and fix appointment to other doc. Even i was sat on chair talked to him and he leave the room

Doctor is very dismissive and won't listen or ask many questions. Will cut you off when trying to answer him. He barely checked me over at all and told me my symptoms are likely stress related and to go to emergency if it happens again. Definitely not worth waiting hours on the floor in the hallway to get in.

The asian doctor is so pathetic. I don’t know for what reason he is showing attitude. He doesn’t like to answer any follow up questions. If you are reading this, please leave your anger and attitude in home. You might be well educated but doesn’t know a basic sense to treat people. Although the staffs are nice but i don’t recommend anyone to go to this clinic.

Would give less than 1 star if it let me.

No privacy at all, receptionist needed the reason for visit infront of room full of other patients.
If she miss what you are saying, You need to repeat yourself loud, so that every one in the room can hear your medical condition.

Went in for a lung infection and the dr didn’t even check my lungs, no blood pressure no o2 levels didn’t even look in my mouth.asked my symptoms signed a scripted for antibiotics and told me I was done. Completely dismissed the fact I have been coughing up blood and had no family dr to report too if it didn’t get better just left the office and expected me to leave.

I got to the clinic one hour before opening (on Saturday) I was #12. It took 4 hrs to be seen by the doctor. There was al least 10 people after me.

The staff are kind and understanding but the doctor is awful. He is dismissive, inattentive, and could not answer my follow up questions. He spent about half of the appointment out of the room looking for basic equipment.

I gave 5 stars only because of the Dr.
I found him to be very thorough.
The wait time are terrible but through no fault of the Dr.
I was there on the 29th of Dec.
The receptionist there was lovely.

Pathetic, health care in this city is a joke, we are treated like farm animals, actually farm animals have access to vets

Website says to “Contact Us/Call Us”. I call the number, listen for the 10-min voice prompt, presses 3 for Baker Drive clinic, listens for another 3 mins, then voice prompt says “Goodbye”. I didn’t want to go there to ask a simple question. Horrible.

I wanted to get seen in the morning shift, had to go there as early as 7 am to get in line. Sat on the floor by the hallway, wasting my time. Ridiculous.

I even tried the afternoon shifts on other issues, had to be there at 11 am for the queue number, they start letting people in at 1 pm. If the receptionist is nice that day, she’ll hand out the numbers as early as 11: 30, sometimes 12. If she’s snappy, 12: 30 it is. Awful.

Overall, you wait for about 2 hours for the queue to get the number, wait again for your turn to be called/seen foe about 45-60mins, doctor meets with you for about 3-5 mins. *superb* service, amiright? !

Unfortunately, those that do not have fam docs, had to endure this type of medical service.

Sad to say, these people don’t have empathy, compassion, and efficient process in place for their customers/patients. Patients who are already in pain and suffering had to go through this scenarios just to be seen by a doc for 3-5 mins.

WTH.

First change your pathetic telephone answer machine when someone calls. 10 minutes of waste on answer machine and then hangs

Sadly we don't have many options with duty clinics anymore with the health crisis. Long wait times and have to be prepared to go earlier (an hour and a half - two hours) before opening to get a # before cut off. Both times I've went here wait times have been exceptionally long. (also be prepared to sit on the floor in the hallway) But, that's not the worse thing, the doctor checked our ears without the disposable black pieces, the first time I wasn't sure but he proceeded to check my family without the disposable piece which leads me to believe it's not clean or sterile. Also what's with the charges for papsmears not being covered by msi? Also with that being said we were third in line and it still took us an hour and a half to be seen.
