Exceptional service that goes beyond expectations. I damaged my glasses and needed to buy new frames. The staff repaired my glasses and did it without charge. You don't find that level of service anywhere anymore. Solid values and commitment to customer service that go beyond. Highly recommend, as you will not get the level of service from the online other guys.

Incredible service! I’m not a client, but my glasses broke when I was downtown. They fixed them for free in moments. All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly

Extremely rude front desk staff. Full disclosure we were late for our first of our kids' appointments. But instead of accommodating the other 2, we were told all appointments would have to be rescheduled. There were 5 people staffing the office and no other customers. My kids even noted that the front desk staffer seemed to take some kind of weird pleasure in turning us away. We will not be supporting this clinic anymore, we have already moved our business to another clinic.

Have been using this location of FYI Doctors/Family Vision Clinic for several years. Always top-notch service from all staff every time. Particular thanks this visit to Dr Noseworthy, Donna and Catherine!

Everyone was so lovely, made extra time for me in the morning, didn’t mind that I had to take a moment to lock my bike in the *provided! * garage parking, and I got to sip on a coffee - OH, yes, the eye exam was very informative, accessible, and comfortable:) 10/10

My metal frame old glasses literally had rusted apart with a snap. I called the Alderney Dr location in a panic cause I didn’t have spare set. I was to attend an out province wedding. I didn’t think they were repairable. Donna agreed but she took the lens and and checked every frame and found a pair that the lens could (97%) fit. A miracle for me. I cannot say enough how great she was to me. Thanks.

Nadina was wonderful. I work nearby and came in to see if i vould pay them to assist me with a simple nose piece repair. Not only did she take the best care of me for free but she also gave ny nose guards a silicone upgrade. Going to be switching to them for my next eye appointment thanks to this level of customer service.

Terrible experience. The doctor did my tests wrong, and gave me completely the wrong prescription.

First time at this location. I was met with smiling faces and friendly attitudes. Very happy with the service and outcomes of my appointment today.

Dr. Megan Noseworthy was not rushed, took the time to carefully explain my eye exam, listened to my questions and addressed my concerns in a manner I could understand.

I brought my eyeglasses there for a repair and had the best experience. The repair was done quickly, and I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back to purchase my next pair here. I also found that they had a wide variety of different models of glasses which I liked. Highly recommend!

Earlier this week I visited the Alderney Drive location for a general eye exam with Dr. Megan Noseworthy and found everyone to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this location.

I had my first eye exam appointment yesterday. I was nervous not knowing what to expect. That quickly changed when i walked in. Everyone was so kind and informative. I felt comfortable with everyone and left feeling cared for and respected. I'm glad I chose this location for eye care and ware!

Donna was excellant. She not only found me in the system but was very nice n good. She did an excellant job on my glasses and always had a smile. Wish her all the best.

Today I had my first appointment at this FYI unit. My first good impression came when I met Kath, she is amazing on what she does dealing with customers. Then I met Dr Jenna Snow, she explained everything to me in a way I could understand during my eye exam. In the end, Nadina did the closing, and it was great. I strongly recommend this FYI store.
