I had such a lovely experience at this location! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, answered all my questions, were very knowledgeable and timely. I appreciate the service I received today!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was debating posting this review to see if I was able to resolve this with them. Unfortunately, after my conversation yesterday afternoon it doesn't seem my issue will be resolved.

I went last week for an eye exam with an optometrist at the Lacewood location. I made my appointment for 6pm as I work Monday- Friday and I required an evening appointment.

Upon my arrival the first part of the exam for checking the pressure in my eyes went great. Unfortunately, once I went into the optometrists office it was quite apparent that they were closing soon and she wanted to rush through my exam.

I require prisms and I am nearsighted. When completing the prism portion of the exam, before I was able to line up the vertical blocks she abruptly stopped the exam and said it was close enough.

She then told me I require prisms and anti-fatigue and the cost is $350 and I can only get this done properly at their location. I explained my hesitation, as I have limited vision coverage and will need sunglasses and reading glasses. She told me if I tried to purchase this online it would be incorrect. I was then rushed out of the office and told I have no time to browse and was handed my prescription.

When I got home I looked at my prescription and noticed it was incorrect as it doesnt indicate that I'm nearsighted. I've been nearsighted for 14 years and I still have difficulty making out objects that are far away to this day. It actually feels like it's gotten worse over time.

I reached out to the manager/customer service to explain what happened and was told they would look into it and get back to me early this week. I explained I wasnt comfortable redoing the exam with the same optometrist and would like to have it redone by someone else at their location.

I received a call yesterday and was told that I can meet with the same optometrist who treated me poorly, that they think they gave me the correct prescription, and that I can put on trial frames there. I told them I wasnt comfortable with this because I believe she didnt perform the exam correctly or comfortably the first time - so I'd like to see someone else.

I was then told that this optometrist felt the prescription she gave was correct and if I wanted to see someone else there I'd have to repay for the exam because the service was rendered already. I agree the service was rendered, but it wasnt rendered properly or effectively which is what I paid for.

I've used fyi doctors for the last 8 years and this is how they treat their long standing clients.

I've reached out to their corporate customer solutions team to see if anything more can be done. But overall, I recommend that if you're looking for an optometrist- steer clear of this location. Really disappointing.

Dr. Debly has gone above and beyond with with my vision needs for years. I have challenging vision issues and Dr. Debly as always been thorough and accommodating. I can’t wait until my new glasses arrive! I highly recommend this FYI location. The staff are welcoming, clear and professional. Great glasses selection for our whole family. Thanks for the care!

I have phobias with eye drops and have been fussy with my glasses, but.

Everytime I go there they all look for ways to work with me and treat me with dignity, respect, kindness and patience.

I exchanged my glasses 2x and each time they asked me questions, looked at options and got me what I wanted and needed in the end.

When I went for an exam, they did a variety of eye pictures to see if they could avoid giving me the drops that dilate my eyes for hours that make me panic. They talk with soothing, patient tones and make the whole experience very comfortable.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Debly and her team for an overall enjoyable experience.

Amazing experience getting my new glasses made from them. They have a very good testing facility and the people are very welcoming. Doctors and other staff especially Jinal helped me a lot in choosing lenses that works best for my case since I spend more than 10 hours a day using computer screen.

I highly recommend them to everyone, its like a one stop shop for everything eye related.

I have been a patient of Dr Debly for many years and have received excellent care and support. Recently I have been struggling with dry eyes and Dr Debly has been amazing at working through this complex issue and stuck with me until we found a treatment that worked. My dry eyes had become life impacting and Dr Debly provided ongoing support and I am happy to say that my eyes are so much better and I don’t have my work day impacted and I can read books again. Thank you much Dr Debly!

Wonderful location. The staff are warm and friendly. The environment is very comfy and clean with a huge selection of frames. They're also kid-friendly and make a trip to the Eye Doctor's exciting

Dr. Debly and Chelsa Buchanan have been nothing short of wonderful with their professionalism and hearing what my needs and wants are!

I had the best experience at this location. The staff were so helpful and kind. I am very happy with my glasses. The staff took her time with helping me find the right fit for my face. I get compliments everyday at work. People ask me where I got my glasses all the time. They were affordable and I didn’t have to call my health insurance it was all taken care of. I had my glasses within 2 weeks during the Covid peak times. They were very professional and followed Covid protocols. I felt safe during the entire process, I can’t wait to go back and get fitted for sun glasses.

I recently visited this clinic for and eye exam and new glasses. The staff was very welcoming, patient and helpful, the Doctor was knowledgeable and kind, and the clinic was clean and organized. Highly recommend

Let’s just say I have been coming here for 25+ years while it was privately owned and I just walked out and will not be back. I don’t do this lightly.

Excellent experience and customer service! They have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from. My eye exam was well organized and educational. The optician Sharla helped me choose a frame that fit well and worked for my prescription. They arrived quicker than expected and I'm very happy with my purchase. I will totally be coming back for sunglasses and any future exams.

Also, they let me bring my dog in which is nice

The staff was very friendly and organized. Dr Denman was very patient and welcoming and listened to what I had to say. Jessica at reception was also very helpful, and patiently answered a lot of my admin related questions. I had a great experience overall.

Amazing staff. They are empathetic and professional. They make me feel taken care of. Doctors are incredible too. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for being the best!
