Worst shipping company ever in Canada I made an order from a company my delivery date was 14 of December latest was 15 of December today is Sunday 17 still hasn't delivered to my address I asked them give me your address where ever my pakege is I don't mind driving half of day come get you don't have to delivered they saying they can't tell me I would never ever use FedEx for any reason of delivery ever again

Worst service provider, FedEx misplaced my package and couldn’t locate it. After taking customer service they didn’t help with any further updates. Please don’t use FedEx.

Worst service, lazy delivery guy. They'll just call you once and leave immediately. Was waiting for my package to arrive for the last 3 days and I was at home and they never bothered to call. Purolator and Amazon is way better than this company. Called customer service 3 days in a row and they cant do anything about it.

Worst shipping company ever! Delivery was delayed, requested to pickup at their location, not allowed to pickup because my ID address does not match the not for profit organization I volunteer for address on parcel with my name on it. However it is ok for the driver to hand it to a random stranger on the doorstep with no ID.

"Customer" service is a joke, will not ever use or recommend them for anything

Fed Ex is useless, as is the local delivery people they sub contract to. They have had my parcel in Dartmouth since 7: 45 am on the 7th of July and it's still not here.so much for over night delivery.

Most incompetent delivery company in canada.fed ex doesn't even wait for you to answer the door for your package instead they quickly stick a note to your door saying you weren't home then drive away ignoring you as you try to wave them down. And getting them to take it to a location for pick up.good luck.
The people that work there are all useless and have no idea what they are doing.they are disorganized and can't give you any updates at all about the location of your package. You will be waiting days to receive your package after they fail to deliver it

By far the worst courier in the City. Imposible to contact the Dartmouth branch, they “update the drivers with instructions” and they they don’t even call the building call box, they just say you were not there and send it back.

ALL THE TIME they don’t deliver my package with the excuse I was not there to receive them, even if I’m there. They don’t even try to call the call box and they essentially want you to be outside your building waiting for the package for several hours!

This has to be illegal at some point. On the first day my package arrived in Halifax and first day it’s out for delivery. I am left with a slip that says “last attempt”. I understand the demand but making absolutely no attempt to deliver and making customers pick it up at a drop off is NOT delivering services. I spend lots of money on deliveries this is just crazy.

You can only give a company so many times before you have to make others aware of the complete lack of professionalism. It has now been multiple times my orders has arrived here and yet fail to be delivered. The explanation given are most times funny. My last parcel has been sitting since yesterday. I was expecting an update which I did have on account (didn't get) I contacted CS and am told volume etc. All the standard company excuses. Had a phone been picked up and called then said excuse us but we are rather behind and if you could please pick up your parcel. I would be fine thank you, be right over. But NOPE. I can honestly say this will be the last time I use Fed Ex. This company has been the only service I have had issue with. I recommend Canada Post over this, and that should say tons.

FedEx is the worst. Waiting all day and called FedEx for updates many times. They say the package will be delivered by 8 pm. So I actually sat in the lobby for two hours between 6 pm and 8 pm because I know they'll claim no one is home. Did they show? No!

FedEx is just terrible.

They only thing they do is to leave the packages there for you to pick up. You are lucky if you get one proper delivery attempt from them.

Should be a 0 star review

Staff seems to have no idea how to do the most basic of tasks such as filling out delivery tag. Completely messed it up 4 out of the last 5 times. Home all day the driver just left an improperly filed out TAG on the door. Called customer services to confirm an actual delivery and it never left the Dartmouth Depot at all today.
Stay away if you can, it’s always a massive disappointment

Reading other reviews it sure sounds like the same incompetence over and over again.

Worst services and it has been many times. They FedEx people don't come to the address, they just text you and say no one was available. This is 6th time same thing. I don't know why they run such services when they don't want to deliver.
Now it's the 7th time they didn't deliver, with the same way. Excellent service as expected, consistent worthless is their hallmark. Zero star

FedEx has been very inefficient. They are always late on shipment, not just by a couple of days but weeks. I requested a package drop-off at a close FedEx Ground and I had to call customer service just to track it since they never sent me any texts that I requested for. When it says it’s delivered, I went to the location and they said it’s not yet there and are probably left in the truck when it is already signed for and says delivered. This is not the first time this happened. The first couple of times, I gave you the benefit of the doubt. But this is getting out of hand. I hope you can resolve this innefficiency.

This company has wasted so much of my time in poor customer service that it is truly a comedy of errors. Missed appts, incorrect numbers given on packages, zero available service without the correct number, the list goes on. Will actively avoid working with them moving forward.

Got overnight shipping for a reptile. She sat in the Toronto airport for 3.5 days before finally starting to move. Was expecting her to come to the door, but they said I had to come in. Person working wasn’t very nice, I got in 2 minutes early before they opened despite their hours online saying open. He cared about me being 2 minutes early despite the screw around Fedex has given us. Had my son with me so asked him to have someone carry the package out to my car, he did! But he didn’t say anything to me the whole time outside despite me saying “thank you” and “have a good day” when he put it in my car, just walts off. Turns out I dropped my ID by the door on our way out and when he walked back inside he failed to even turn around to let me know.

Definitely don’t recommend and will avoid them at all costs. From the screwing around with a live animal (I understand it’s Covid and coming up to Christmas, but a live animal who we got overnight priority shipping is more important then a stuffed animal for Christmas) and to the grumpy worker for being 2 minutes early after we waited 4 days for our reptile to come in and she needed out of the box. Terrible shipping company for live animals.

Not to mention we called and talked to 15 different people (no exaggeration) who all gave us different dates and times as to when our reptile would get here.

I received a package from outside Canada, and it was sent to this location. This location is too far from me, and there other closer locations. Someone left me a voicemail to tell me the package is there to arrange for delivery or pickup. The message was very unclear, so I called them and went to pick it up. There were few parking spots, but they were all full. I had to wait until someone left, so I could park. Service was fine.

No Call that my package had a delivery Attempt, no Call until 2 weeks later saying my package would be sent back in 4 days if I didn’t not come pick it up.the location of where I have to go is a 45 dollar cab ride away

The delivery people are illiterate! They just come in, see that it is secured apartment entrance and leave! Read the directory! We pay for getting the package to our home for convenience not as a luxury! Do you job properly. If you cannot read namely on the please attend school it’s free! When you try to call the helpline you are treated so rudely and they ensure that it is your fault. In Canada couriers are so spoilt that they think they are the only ones. Perfect example of oligopoly.

Wow, fedex drivers are lazy! Just set my package by the door knocked and started walking back to the truck. Couldn't wait for me to answer the door I was right here. Poor customer service for being in the business of service.

I checked my package today online and discovered that the package had been delivery, but I did not receive it and there was no sticker or tag on the door indicating for me to pick it up. I tracking number indicates there was no signature required. So why wasn't the package left at the door.
I just called the FedEx number, apparently you can call the local FedEx place to find out if I have to pick it up or find out where my package is. This is not good service.

People are helpful and accommodating at the center. But it is beyond my thinking that you can drive from Yarmouth to Halifax and 3 hours but yet an overnight package from Yarmouth takes 3 days to be delivered!

I've never seen a company go out of their way to NOT deliver a package as much as this company has. Drivers leave stickers on doors without knocking or making any attempt to contact the customer they are supposed to deliver to. If Amazon decides to ship via this company, you might as well resign yourself to the fact that you are never going to see the package you paid good money for.

I live downtown and FedEx is not practical. If I miss a package, I have to drive 10 minutes away. I have had several packages delayed by several days. I contacted Amazon customer service and had them stop FedEx from delivering my packages. If you use Amazon, please do the same and perhaps we can get FedEx to improve their service.

Package supposed to be out for delivery on Wed. (on truck at 5: 30 AM) after many emails and phone calls, tracking info was changed Friday evening stating the parcel will be: " tendered to authorized agent for final delivery on Tuesday". Do they only have one truck and it was broken? No explanation.

Excellent staff! I need 3 packages early Feb 22 Morning urgently. I went to this office to pick them up only to find that my colleagues had shipped one package to the clients office directly which I know it would be delayed for sure and I couldn't finish my work and would miss my flight. I talked the front staff (I am sorry that I didn't remember his name), he told me he would inform the delivery truck about this and they would make it happen earlier. I was so grateful to them when I got the package from the friendly Fedex person shortly after I returned the client's office in about 30 minutes. I don't think this will happen in other Fedex ship centers in BC, AB and ON. People in this center are so helpful, considerate and friendly.
I don't understand why somebody even gave them 1 star, have you ever given a government office 1 Star? The delay can be caused by the weather, traffic, whether signature needed for delivery and whether you can hear the knock on your door. Just remember how many packages they have to deliver every day and how much kilometers they have to drive every day, they can't wait at your door for ever. Also remember how bad the road condition is when there's snow even freezing rain. You guys in NS are so lucky, if you don' t believe it, try to ship or receive package in ON or BC by Fedex. I am sure you will be happier:).

This is a joke!
For three days my package has gone out in the morning to be delivered and just as many days nothing has arrived. When you call Fedex they do not care about the customer. All I want is my packages to be delivered. That should not be that difficult. Opens, apparently it is for a company like Fedex.

Delivery was scheduled for today, and the tracking even said it was on the truck ready to go at 5: 40am. Took the day off work so I could be home to receive my shipment and at 3: 46 got an update saying "no attempt made. Delivery scheduled for next business day". So maybe dont load it on a truck if the attempt isnt going to be made.
