I cannot say enough good things about the excellent customer service and amazing staff. We went in looking to get some heirloom jewelry brought back to life, and instead of sending it for a full restoration (we were on a tight timeline) they were able to clean them in store and I couldn't believe how amazing they looked! I am so excited to be able to incorporate my husband's grandparents rings into our ceremony this weekend.
I was also able to pick up a beautiful and unique pair of earrings to gift my aunt who is making our cake. The staff gift wrapped them and the presentation is stunning!
I will be recommending FireWorks Gallery to everyone for their jewelry needs.

Would've given shop a 5 as dealt with 2 sales people both very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The loss of the 2 stars is down to the manager was dismissive, condescending and unprofessional.

Had an excellent all around experience designing and creating a custom pendant with Kallie White. Professional service, good communication and ultimately a very nice end result. Would recommend to anyone looking to make a one-of-a kind piece.

A promised phone call.that never happened
So, service is not what it once was.

Took them over 6 months to fix a ring I brought in to have a pearl re set. After having to re-glue the pearl several times because I could see the glue oozing out the sides they cracked it. As the pearl was cracked they had to replace it. After seeing the new pearl in I was unhappy with the result because I could see gaps and it wasn’t a good fit or a symmetrical pearl like the original. I was told I “just had to be happy at some point”. Unless you’re going for a simple resize I recommend taking your jewlery to be fixed at the store you purchased it. Ultimately they ruined an expensive and sentimental piece of jewelry.
