Love having Katelyn cutting my hair at the PortlandSt location. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently had a haircut that left me quite dissatisfied. The stylist didn't use any clips during the cut, rushed through it in a few minutes, and neglected to add any style at the end. It was a disappointing experience overall.

I visited your Portland st location today, first time there and from the moment I walked in I got amazing vibes. Was greeted right away and was served by Sam…. She is amazing, she listened to what I wanted asked questions and did an amazing job. Thank you so much Sam and I will be back.

Last time I went here I asked for a trim and got just that from a nice lady who was good at her job. This time was unfortunate the opposite. I had made the mistake of telling my hairdresser that she was the expert and if anything we could always buzz cut it and save it, boy was I wrong. She had defaulted to an undercut and messed up the trim so I asked her to buzz it. I never expected that a professional hairdresser wouldn’t be up to the task. Not only did I end up with very crooked sides (3 on top, 2 on the left and 1.5/2 on the right) but I had to tell her myself that it was crooked as she didn’t even care to check. The biggest gripe though was that she couldn’t pay attention to my head at all. Every 5-10 seconds, if not more, she would look away at a coworker or a waiting customer WHILE BUZZING MY HAIR! To make a long story short, if you get the lady with the sun and moon tattoo on her arm, do yourself a favour and ask for someone else. Better yet, do it yourself.

Great location. Rebecca (sp?) is fantastic. Definitely ask her to cut your hair. Total sweetheart.

Super close and handy! I've gotten my hair cut a few times at this location by Katelyn, and the results have always been amazing. I make sure to request her when she's available because I like how she is knowledgeable with her career and is also super friendly/easy to talk to. 5 stars

Once you find the person who does your hair best, stuck with them. I found mine and trave and hour just to get her to cut my hair
