Great place to camp either tent or camper, but when we stayed it was windy so be prepared for that too.

Quite a bit of mosquitoes at the time we went (Late August), but the campsites are nice and spacious for 6 pax. The view is really nice, and there are clean bathrooms/showers. Would definitely recommend!

Sadly I got sick while staying here and so didn’t get to enjoy the area’s sites, but the people were very friendly and it was a very nice campground.

Great park for a view of the Five Islands. A nice walk along the beach. Picnic tables are available if you pack a lunch.

Very quiet for a long weekend for Canada day, first time we've ever been here, found a great spot we booked the day bookings opened in April. Good sized private lot. Only downside the grass is too tall on the sites, but the weather has been rainy so I get it. Dog friendly, keep them on a leash, lots of vault toilets around and lots of exploring to be had. We will be back!

Parc provincial Très bien entretenu. Les sentiers pédestes donnent accès à des vues à couper le souffle. Nous envigerons probablement y retourner un jour avec un campeur.

Went for a shore walk. Map got us there. Route home missing markers. We ended up near entrance gate about 20 minutes too far- normally no problem, unfortunately pouring rain. Washroom very clean. Views great
03 November 2022 13:27
Beautiful park, very well kept. The spacing between the sites is generous and our site was level enough to sleep comfortably in a tent. The only thing I did not understand is how operating the showers from 09: 00 to 13: 00 and 16: 00 to 21: 00 is saving much water, as is claimed by the administration.
01 November 2022 12:37
So fun at low tide. Saw all kinds of little creatures on the ocean floor. Beautiful rocks, very picturesque.
09 October 2022 5:40
Best provincial park I've stayed at. Our site was amazing, lots of privacy and lovely sunsets. The beach area is an amazing experience especially when the tide goes out. Dogs can be brought to the beach on a leach but some were having a grand time swimming and cooling off. Highly recommend this beautiful provincial park.

Nice little provincial park. Not a ton of things to do, but the main area is worth a stop. Clamming at low tide behind the provincial park campground is fun. We couldn’t find much, and it was prettt messy, but it was fun.

Some of the facilities (change rooms, washrooms) were closed, though, which was a bit disappointing.

Ok this place was beeeaauutiful.and we walked all around when the tide went out. I collected ricks and made a barnacle photoshoot. Just don't mess around when it comes to nature, get back before the tide does! We heard some stories.yeek! Seriously don't mess around.
18 September 2022 18:03
Came by it on accident and was a beautiful surprise love that there's camping available and that it's opened so late
06 September 2022 0:37
I stayed at site 16 for just under a week and thoroughly enjoyed it! The water and electrical service was convenient, as well as location in proximity to the day use area/beach.

Loop A is a bit far from the washrooms/showers/dish washing area (it’s almost a 1km walk following the campsite roads).

The views are spectacular and it’s a must see place at both low and high tide! Low tide is wonderful to walk far out, but high tide is nice for swimming on a hot day too.

A hidden gem, a few years ago the park was updated to accommodate the requirements for an RV services. We never get tired watching the tide rise and fall, along with the ability to walk on the ocean floor when the tide is out.
30 July 2022 7:53
Great, clean facilities. Really love views from the campsite! And the beach when the tide goes out is alot of fun.
28 September 2021 0:49
Camped here for several days and enjoyed many hikes. Check tide schedules first before wandering around the shore. I wasn't that impressed by the economy mountain trail is it came out near the entrance to the park forcing you to walk back along the road or simply double back on your tracks it would be nicer if this was a looped trail. Make sure you go check out the economy falls while you're there in the area.

Absolutely amazing. This beautiful campground is surrounded by an impressively biodivers forest and a geologically stunning coastline. The beaches are also a great spot for clam digging or to witness the most dramatic tide change in the world. The campgrounds themselves offer well-kept and level spots to pitch a tent along with a picnic table and even a fire pit with a built-in hinged grill. The shower and bathroom facilities are also cleaned very regularly and are in great condition. Garbage disposal was a breeze and the bins were never overfilling even though it was a busy weekend. Water was also easily accessible thanks to the many spouts that dot the campgrounds. Fire wood and ice is also available for purchase at the office by the main entrance (small bills and quarters are very appreciated) but payment can be made with tap or card. As far as staff goes, It's hard to find the words to express how deeply appreciative we were to meet them. We had the pleasure meeting Carol who was extremely friendly and welcoming. She gave us a plethora of information in regards to the areas geology and some tips that made our stay there even more memorable. She took time to chat with us over some ice-cream and showed us some fossils and fossil casts that were found IN THE PARK! She gives this already impressive place a sense of warmth that convinced us to come back as much as we can for as long as we can. All together this place is an absolute MUST VISIT. It's perfect for family trips with kids or an intimate getaway with your partner. An amazing experience truly.

**keep in mind that most supplies like food items can be found at the general store down the road or at the various restaurants, but if you need fuel the closest gas station is about 20 minutes away. So be sure to fill up before getting there. This isn't necessarily a negative because it gives you a chance to visit the adorable little town of Parrsboro!

Amazing views. The hiking trail was a little tough but worth the views at the end. Water was great for swimming. Inconvenient that the washrooms were closed so often though. Lots of eagles, they're incredible.
03 September 2021 7:57
Big spacious sites. Clean Campground. Gorgeous sunsets. But it can be very warm, not a whole lot of shade.
27 August 2021 16:36
Very nice! Well spaced out sites in campground B:) we will be back!
Needs to have quiet time hours posted please!
14 August 2021 11:23
Great park. Some trails better than others. I wish they’d advertise more when some trails are under renovations so that you don’t just find out when you get there.
08 August 2021 17:25
Awesome, arrived in the rain but weren't for a walk anyway. Definately going back to check out the campground.
15 October 2019 16:22
Très beau parc, la vue sur la baie et les iles est vraiment magnifique depuis le camping. La plage est un peu rocheuses mais pas désagréable a marché. A voir a marrée baisse.
09 October 2019 9:45
Beautiful campground! Experiencing the tide go out was absolutely amazing. Day use and camping available with lots of walking trails.
05 October 2019 13:57
Big camping site with large space.
Free shower but +/- clean. Old shower installation but a lot of water pression.
Otherwise clean washroom. Recycling on site.

Clear identification!
21 September 2019 21:55
We arrived at low tide. Stayed 1hr and it was amazing how much water came in. All the sand was covered. Unfortunately we could not stay for high tide. Completely free day use!

Very scenic park on a promontory in the Minas Basin. Sites are a mix of open and more private. Electric sites are available, but they will be snapped up first. There are comfort stations with flush toilets, showers (free), and a station for washing dishes. A short walk will take you to the rocky beach where around low tide, you can walk along the shore to see some 350 foot high cliffs, and great views of the islands. There is no park store, but if you have a car a small food store and a restaurant are 10 minutes away.

This is a beautiful park on the Bay of Fundy. We camped here for four nights. Most of the camp sites are very spacious (we had site 29, which had hook ups for water and electricity). The view of the bay from our site was lovely. You can walk down to the water, but depending on where you are camped it's quite a hike back up (think steep hills). You can drive down and park by the water if the walk is too much. There are walking trails in the park and lots to see relatively nearby (within an hour or two drive). The only reason I didn't give five stars is the washroom facilities left a bit to be desired. Vault toilets are plentiful (these are outhouses), and there was one building with plumbed toilets and two shower stalls, but it could have been cleaner. However, if you have a large RV with your own facilities then this wouldn't be a concern. Overall a great park. Beautiful scenery. Very relaxing stay.
09 September 2019 14:45
Great campground. Lots are spread out nicely. Great views. Only thing to be aware of is that it's very hilly.
08 September 2019 19:48
Our stay at Five Islands Provincial Park was incredible! Each site brought its own unique view of the Bay of Fundy. Amazing tides to watch come in and go out. Great beach area to explore no matter the tide. Great staff that were amazing as well as clean bathrooms/shower area. HIGHLY recommend sites 16& 22
08 September 2019 7:15
Lovely campground overlooking the Bay. Large and pretty level sites. Enjoyed the mid flats at low tide. Great fun to hike along the cliffs.
08 September 2019 4:06
This view is out my back yard! Small community with wonderful people and amazing place to see the the magnitude of the the tides in the Minas Basin at the end of the Bay of Fundy!
07 September 2019 17:55
We stayed in Five islands for a few nights and enjoyed the park immensely. Stunning view, endless beach, incredible hiking.
03 September 2019 0:18
Good spot. Beautiful scenery. Layout is spreadout a abit. It is because of the extremely low tides I couldn't recommend it for swimmers and kids. The beach turns to mud. Very thick slimy muck.
02 September 2019 9:30
Gorgeous Park, great view form many as the sites. Very interesting walks along the Bay floor at low tide.
02 September 2019 8:46
La meilleur randonnée est celle par la plage qui donne accès a une vue magnifiqu. Le reste des sentiers est relativement facile et rapide a faire.
01 September 2019 15:30
We were greeted by the kindest and loveliest woman at the gate. She ensured we could find our campsite and later checked in to make sure it was up to par.

Camp sites are fairly private from the neighbours on either side, water is very accessible.

You can drive down to the beach and walk long the ocean floor while the tide is out! We really enjoyed our stay at Five Islands
26 August 2019 13:22
This is a really nice campground with clean amenities, bathroom, and tent sites are with grass. There is a beautiful view of the bay of Fundy.
24 August 2019 12:55
Do not stay in site 28! We plugged in and had no power! We had to borrow an adapter to make it work. When we let them know at the office apparently they had already known there was an issue with the outlet since last season and didn't say anything. Another disappointment was the lack of maintenance of the grounds. The grass on our site was up past our ankles. I had also brought this to their attention but they weren't able to do anything about it because apparently there was only one person on staff to maintain everything. We love to camp here because the views are amazing, this trip was a little disappointing.
19 August 2019 20:21
Vue magnifique. Mais gros bémol: le bâtiment des toilettes fait un boucan infernal 24h/24h et les douches ne sont qu’un mince filet d’eau à peine tiède. Vraiment dur après une nuit à geler sous la tente en plein mois de juillet ; (
17 August 2019 23:09
Such a beautiful campground. The beach is amazing with the tides. Very quiet and clean. Will definitely be going back.
16 August 2019 4:02
Magnifique camping paisible avec une super vue. Les sites sont grands et intimes. Pour le prix, difficile de trouver mieux!
14 August 2019 7:53

Beautiful sites and very interesting to watch the tide change! You can also go digging for clams but be sure you are in the correct area to do so!
