Foot Locker

Worst foot locker ever! Shoes were in dis array every where. 3-4 staff members just standing around doing nothing and customers lined out the door. So bad I promised I would never go back. The manager needs to step up or cash out!

Worst customer service ever. The lady was so rude with us. We know the store was about to close but we were almost done finalizing the order and told lady can we have a moment and she said very rudely I don’t have a moment. We understand but if you have customers already in the store closing time it’s your duty to serve them. She could have said that in polite way. Never coming back to the store and never gonna recommend to anyone.

Don't get me started. Literally the worst service ever experienced. I truly, honestly wonder what it's like to have decent product, rely on it entirely, and just absolutely have the worst customer service imaginable. What is it like? Travel here to find out. What a place. Just magnificently terrible.

Great shopping experience buying sneaks for a 5-yo in a busy store (a hard feat to achieve). I believe Christian was the staff person who skillfully assisted us. Thanks! Will be back.

Went in there twice today, and the 3 staff members were too busy talking loudly amongst themselves about private affairs, to even consider greeting or helping my girlfriend and I looking to buy a pair of shoes. Brought the shoes up to the counter and the three of them looked at eachother, cluelessly, like they didn’t want to help us, and eventually one of them decided to ask us if we wanted sizes. They didn’t have either size and didn’t really say much or guide us to look at anything else. Another couple of people left with us unserved.

Atrocious service, i hope something is done to make this store a better place. Definitely my worst experience in any store, ever.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Given the time of the year (boxing day) still had sufficient stock.

Very poor customer service…………went to buy pair of shoes as the store franchise has great articles……. I’m a regular customer……but today i had the worst customer service ever with foot loocker……the staff on service was like don’t care…. I won’t be shopping here again ever……. The customer service was un rational……. I felt like the satff is racist……
