Forbes Kia

They literally sold a used junk for 14000. Spent close to 3000 for repairs in less than an year, Lost almost 5000 when I traded for a new car. Too bad experience for first car. Started falling apart in a month.
Edit: this response is following their reply that I didn't do business there, I find that very disappointing. I bought a dodge journey on Nov 21,2021 and they even have a picture of mine on their fb page still. Have a screenshot for proof. Anyways very disappointed in you Kia!

I purchased my 3rd KIA today, my first Brand new and my experience with Forbes KIA was better than any dealer I have ever had dealings with, well worth the drive from Halifax.

From the first email communication with Hunter I felt my needs and wants in a vehicle were import, I was given a very fair trade in value, I felt my business was appreciated and I was important as a customer. I asked so many questions through email and both Hunter and Kim were always prompt to reply, clarified every detail, and were very professional.

When I arrived to trade in my 2020 KIA and purchase my 2023 KIA, I was greeted with a handshake and wonderful smile, after a test drive Kim reviewed all paperwork on the purchased and sale with me, answered all my questions and made the car buying experience enjoyable. Hunter went over all the options in my new car, had a picture with me and my new KIA, introduced me to the service and parts employees, I was thanked for buying with Forbes KIA and left with a beautiful car, so full of joy, comfortable and confident in my purchase.

By far, the best experience I've had throughout any vehicle purchase.

Not only did Forbes give me the best trade in value, but they had the vehicle I wanted on their lot and accommodated me so well. I’ve been a Kia owner for many years and the experience with Forbes was better than anywhere else. Well worth the drive from Halifax. Thank your Mark, Kim, and Hunter! I was surprised that my car did not get a wash I guess though s times are gone so be it the serves is still #1 in my eyes.

Excellent, fast service! They solved the problem with our Sirius XM radio. We appreciated the reduction in labour since they could not activate it at first. Friendly service. They take the time to solve problems! (In our case, it was a rusty antenna system which they replaced with a second-hand one. It works like a charm now!)

When l experienced a sudden loss of power while on the highway, l managed to get to Forbes KIA, where they took my car into the service bay almost immediately to determine the problem. Within a few minutes the problem was identified and rectified. Great service, and l am grateful to the Forbes team.

I enjoy taking my vehicle to this dealership, for servicing. The service, here, is excellent. Staff are knowledgeable, professional & work is always started on time and often earlier. On this particular visit, we felt that the service manager really went above and beyond, to solve our battery problem.

Always very responsive to questions and take the time to fully explain work needed and any options related to the work / cost. Work has always been completed as promised.

Forbes is a great company to deal with and, if it is ever necessary, I will be back. However, KIA makes such great products, it may be a while before I need to come back for a new car.
