I was disappointed with my experience at Fox Harb’r.the food was mediocre, the staff (besides the starter & two waitresses) were rude and unhelpful, and the room was fine.a place like this should have hospitality nailed but from booking the room and trying to get answers for questions that no one could answer to arriving early for our tee time & check in and no one offering us any support or telling us where to go or what to while we waited, they really missed the mark.honestly we felt more like a bother to everyone on the site then paying customers.really too bad.

Booked a bed and breakfast room online. Room overlooking the golf course and Northumber Strait. The Cliff restaurant staff were great.

This place is insane. Have heard about it for years. Let me tell you. This place has so many activities there are too many to name. Grounds are immaculate. Walking is perfection. Its insane. Our fav thing to do wad the bon fire. You must book it ahead. What a great overall experience. Its insane

Had an amazing experience at Fox Harb’r. The shooting range with Mark was 100% awesome! Our restaurant experience at both the golf club and the fancy restaurant was perfect. The staff was super friendly and the spa was epic Can’t wait til return

Pricey but you knew that before you stayed here. The food is very good and they have room service…how decadent! We met a playful fox and nice Canadians (of course). Bring your insect repellent for the front nine. Lots of rain this summer brings the bugs.

The location is spectacular! The golf course is good but took over 5 hours to play 18 holes with no marshals or pro engagement so the round became a bit of a joke. The rooms are nice but the shower pressure was not great and the room was not super clean. My toothpaste got confiscated at the airport so I thought I would get a two use packet (like every other hotel on the planet) and they charged me for a ‘dental kit’, paying 500 a night and being nickeled and dime’d is not what a premium hotel does. The beds at this resort were not the best as well, worn in and groves, ugh so disappointed. It’s all the little things that matter and what this resort misses on, could be a special place but not at this time…

Went with a friend to the fine dining restaurant and the food was just okay. It wasn't the best meal and looked better than it tasted. The vegetables were definitely the star of both plates. They had the most delicious beets though, with an amazing puree under them. However the tortellini wasn't cooked properly and when I mentioned it they brought another one that was almost worse tasting than the first. The steak was a tad more cooked than I would've like. Both plates lacked flavor. The raw seafood platter was good, my friend had majority of them and had no complaints there. For drinks we had the apple pie Italian soda and they were perfect! The cheesecake and carrot cake were both pretty tasty too! So it wasn't all negative.

The staff were all very friendly, and service was good. Jasper was very helpful when deciding on menu options, and flavors.

Nice place to live, walk my dog.

However, lining up 20 minute to get a table and then no one even talk to us for 15 minutes. Starving make me mad so we just left. No one even noticed They are too busy.

Also, we saw a beaver～ we were told that we can see some foxes. But maybe it's too cold now, They are hiding

Beautiful location and luxurious amenities. Higher cost for everything but you get a fantastic experience. Just dont touch the wine in the bar fridge unless you are prepared to pay $48 for the bottle of house white or red.

Now open to public for a 3-course dinner. It was a good ambience but the quality of food was a bit disappointing. The halibut we ordered was a small tail part of fish. Small portion. S slop for appetizer was so tiny - came with small3 pcs. Dessert was also tiny and a way too sweet. Apple cake was made out of 60% sugar frosting …couldn’t finish it. The service was good, but they seemed to have so many servers for the number of guests. Could not see anything outside because it was so dark.

The front nine is nice but the back nine is incredible. Every hole has a view on the ocean and some of them you are right on the edge of it. Also, learned why they call this place Fox Harbour, the foxes are everywhere, saw 3 while we were playing. FYI, they will try and steal food or anything they can find in you cart. A group on the hole next to us had they glove taken from the cart.

I think they could improve their snacks or lack of a half way house, I went inside to the restaurant and was sent down stairs to the bar and the bar said they don't have anything to go only to be sent to the pro shop where they had sandwiches that I waited 10 mins for before people were checking in at the same time. You would think at a top of the line course like this they would have this figured out better.

We love to relax there.

Golfed as part of a Wedding Party. Gorgeous grounds, breathtaking views and all the amenities one would expect and a few surprises. (the pool was one)

Would highly recommend this spot as a Golf destination or a Spa weekend to recharge ones batteries and getaway.

Incredible views, beautiful scenery; golf, shooting and archery fantastic. Rooms are really nice too, although can hear through the walls a little too easily.
