Cycling across Canada and my back rack bolt sheared off into my bike frame on my ride off the NL ferry to North Sydney. Bill the mechanic saw me first thing the next morning and even though it was the weekend he had my bike ready to go within an hour! Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly and efficiently.

We were in Sydney one day for a cruise and we booked e-bikes to explore. Our port day was changed, and they were able to adjust our reservation. The e-bikes were new, road great and went fast. We really liked the throttle feature. We road out to New Waterford stopping at the fort, lighthouse and a donut shop. Great place to ride. Bill and Lilith are great!

The worst experience from a shop I have ever done in Canada.
I have taken my bike to get repaired for the bottom bracket and a small tighten for the brakes too. After 3 days when I went to pick up my bike the amount they imposed for the repair was too high than I expected.
The bike I used around 2 times after buying from Walmart. But they said they changed the break shoes for both tyres because they are worn out and they showed me some others shoes that were worn too.
I am damn sure that the break shoes worn out was not definitely mine.because that were too rusty. Within two times usage the break shoes of mine will not be like that.
Anyway they don't understand what I said and they used to tease me.
I have never met this kinda weirdo behavior to a customer ever.
And in bill also they have added money unwanted.
Just to fix a crank set and brakes I lost 54 dollars
Anyhow I will not move to them again if I have got any repairs again with my bike.
Worst and bad experience with them.
For some understanding I am enclosing the bill here.

Couldn’t ask for a better care and wonderful equipment. I am new to E bike technology, but was thrilled and extremely happy with the equipmentI received. I got what I thought was a top of the line E bike, a helmet and a lock with a fully charged battery. I used the bike for probably close to four hours and it still had at least 70% charge left in the battery. I was very pleased with the performance of the bike, and got to see much of the city of Sydney. It is highly recommended that you go to their website and rent the bike before you get there so that you’re not disappointed if all the bikes are already rented.
