My wife and I went into Rallye shopping for a Side-by-side. We had shopped online and went there looking for a CFMOTO 600. The new Carrie Price edition was sitting by the main entrance and the package was excellent. It comes with windshields, roof, doors, bumpers all around, winch and snorkles. We calculated if we purchased a base model and bought these accessories separately it would have cost more.

All the staff we spoke to were awesome to deal with, from the manager Steven, Bree in service and Pat in finance. We'd like to mention, in particular, our sales person, Norm. Norm was awesome to deal with, we never felt any pressure from him to buy and he helped us with all our questions.

Since buying the Side-by-side we've had a lot of fun riding the local trails with our grandson and we've had no issues with the side-by-side. We recommend Rallye Motoplex and don't regret purchasing through them.

I recently purchased a 2024 Rzr 1000 XP Sport from Halifax Rallye Motoplex. It was a great experience from start to end. I sent an email through their corporate contact template and I received a call from the Dealership shortly after. I made a visit to the Dealership the same day. They gave me a great deal! Everyone that I dealt with from Sales, Management, and Finance couldn't have been more professional, thoughtful, and helpful. I picked up my new Rzr yesterday, earlier than I thought it would ready. I am looking forward to enjoying my Rzr on the trails. I recommend Halifax Rallye Motoplex, and I would be pleased to deal with them for future service and accessories.

Just purchased a brand new 2023 Kawasaki from Rallye Motoplex, NS. I was extremely pleased with the sales process, specifically Adam who helped me with an understanding approach to my needs.

No pressure, no upsell, Adam was able to walk me through the process of buying my first new bike in nearly 25 years and I walked out of the shop happy with the bike that I wanted with a no-nonsense approach.

To be truthful, the only hitch I had was that accessories that I requested weren't available despite the parts department pricing them out - I will have to wait a week, but I am ok with it on the basis of a miscommunication.

Definitely recommend them and will unreservedly give them 5 stars.

I bought my first bike a few days ago (a kawasaki ninja krt 400). I had a few bikes in mind going in and after meeting Adam, he made the choice easy for me with his knowledge and assistance. It wasn’t an easy process for me but Adam helped every step of the way from choosing the bike to giving me a deal that i liked. After choosing the bike i dealt with Cody and he was one of the friendliest people i met. He helped finalize the perfect deal for me and i have no complaints. A day later the bike was delivered to my house and even a few days later i get checkup calls from Adam. The staff was all very friendly and I am glad ill be dealing with them for anything bike related.

I was super hopeful for this location but the terrible Rallye name is here in Halifax. Needing new motorcycle tires and owning an Indian Motorycle I wanted to purchase the same tires the bike came with. I purchased new motorcycle tires from Rallye Halifax last weekend but quickly got a refund after calling the local Yamaha dealer who ordered me the same tires and saved me a significant amount of money. Rallye told me they couldn't match the price and that I would need to wait for 2 months for a service appointment to swap out the tires. A 2 month service wait for tires is absurd. Yesterday I walked into Rallye and purchased a new oil filter and a quart of oil after the oil filter I had purchased to do my oil change a few ago had been faulty and my bike was leaking small amounts of oil. After replacing the oil filter and not needing the quart of oil, I returned to Rallye to return the oil for a refund. To my surprise I was refused a refund, the answer I was provided with "its Rallye's policy and if it fits your bike we cannot take it back". Now I own a quart of oil that is unopened, out $25 and this oil will not be used. Great job Rallye Halifax!

Delt with Hank in sales, he didn't want to answer a few questions and work a bit to get a sale on a new side by side, so we purchased one eles where. Coustmer service and communication are very poor.

Poorest service in HRM as far as I'm concerned! Absolute last resort when I can't get parts elsewhere that I need right now. Or maybe it's poor management/schedulling. Bought a couple of tires there and both the Halifax and Sackville locations can't put them on for me until sometime next week as they have "no techs on" according to the people I spoke with at both service depts.

UPDATE: For some reason reviews isn't giving me an option to reply to the owner response so I'll update this to reflect my most recent experience.

Original review was from several years ago. I did visit the Halifax store several times and tbh the reception and experience at he parts counter left a LOT to be desired. I updated this old review from 1 star to 2 stars to be a little more fair as 1 star is pretty terrible.

Full disclosure, since my last visit to the Halifax store a year or two ago I have not been back. Things may have improved or not.
