Quality of the food here prior to start of Covid-19 used to be one of the best. My last two visits have been most disappointing. My last visit in 2023 I ate in the restaurant and was able to point out the Chicken Fried rice was burnt! It had a strong burnt flavour. They gave me a new serving rice to take home with me to resolve the issue. Sunday January 14,2024,7: 45pm I visited again. I bought combo #10 - S&S Chicken Balls, Honey Garlic Ribs, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice and Egg Roll. I arrived home 20 minutes later and ate half of it. I was most disappointed to see they had placed the Chick Chow Mein on top of the rice in the same section of the container for the rice! The container only had 3 sections so I guess they thought that was the appropriate way to pack it! So the rice absorbed what little juice the Chow Mein had and that was a turn off. The food was bland! I refrigerated the other half along with egg roll. The next day at 1pm I heated the remainder in a microwave - excluding the egg roll. Two hours later I started having symptoms of food poisoning! It took over 14+ hours for the food poisoning systems to pass - Upset stomach, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach pain and cramps, Excessive gas, Fever, Headache. I contacted the restaurant and let them know about this experience and was told they could not refund me the cost of purchasing the combo plate, sorry about the Chow Mein being placed on top of the rice and the only thing they can do to resolve the issue experience is to offer me a couple free egg rolls on a return visit. I was told once the food leaves their premises they do not stand behind the quality of their food as they have no idea what happens to the food once it leaves the restaurant!

Try before you buy.

First time visit. Fantastic! Simple meal, half duck, 'wok hay' noodle dish, and a plate of greens. The chef is a natural.

The food is good. How ever neither the Hot and Sour soup or the Szechuan Style Fried Shrimp could be described as spicy - I was disappointed. If something is described as Spicy/Hot I expect it to have some kick.

I shouldn't even give this place one star. My order was the most mundane and flavourless meal I've ever paid for. Took one bite and didn't eat anything else. My roommate's order looked nothing like what it typically does at other restaurants. It appeared as if the cooks opened a bag of bean sprouts and tossed it into a take out container. I would never recommend this place to anyone else.

We had take out and the reception was very friendly. The egg rolls were pasty, which is why I rated this place a 4. The rest of the food was good
