FYidoctors - Truro

FYI Truro has amazing amount of frames, from low price to high-end to mid-range. My only problem was trying to decide which ones I wanted. The customer service is amazing, Erin helped me find the most comfortable and the best frames that were flattering for my face, she was very patient with my fitting and was really helpful navigating the insurance. I am so happy with my glasses! I will definitely be recommending FYI to everyone!

Had my eyes tested and new prescription issued. It was very thorough and professional. Unfortunately, that is where it ended. I was brought out to get fitted for new glasses. As my Frames were only a couple of years old, I asked if I could get new lenses only, along with new contacts. They have now replaced my lenses twice (wrong lenses installed two times with 3 week wait times in between) and ordered wrong contacts (another 3 week wait). On my third trip to clinic, I expressed my displeasure. I did not swear, or act disrespectfully to any individuals. However, I did raise my voice. Instead of bringing me into a office the solve this issue, I was told my behaviour was not acceptable and was given a full refund. This office definitely needs improvements to be considered professional. I and my family will be taking our business elsewhere.

Great experience from beginning to end. Took my elderly Mom who has mobility issues for her eye appointment. Lots of parking, easy access and spacious waiting area. Front desk staff super efficient and friendly, technician Melissa very patient and careful getting my Mom set up for her pre test and optician Dr. Ashley was fantastic. Our experience was actually fun yet very professional.would highly

The staff is so friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. The store front is clean and trendy. The quality and service at the truro location far surpasses expectations, especially from, Kara! She is always smiling and friendly and really knows her stuff.
