The Tacoma location provides great service. We were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Sarah Williams. Sarah is very knowledgeable and was able to guide myself and my wife in choosing six pairs of glasses. Sarah remained patient throughout the entire process, her friendly and calm demeanor certainly helped us to remain at ease during the selection process. Sarah was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation as well as provide sound advice. We enjoyed the entire experience including the eye examination with Dr. MacDonald, whom took time to explain in detail as well as answer all of our questions. The reception staff were excellent as well; professional, kind, and friendly. Based on our past experiences at various other eyewear places in Dartmouth, we can without a doubt, highly recommend FYI Doctors Tacoma for all your eyewear needs. Bravo to all involved who helped us out.

This place is awesome!
After having some problems with my eye I have been in and out of this place a good few times these past few weeks, and it’s been great. There was one small hiccup when I was missing a measurement for my eye but they were very apologetic and ended up more than making up for it on my next visits. Really this place is top notch you guys are all great at what you do!

What a great experience. The staff were amazing. Got my eyes tested, the doctor sat me down and explained all of my tests. When it was time to get my glasses, the staff at the front helped me pick frames out and helped me sort out some insurance problems I had. After ordering, my glasses were ready a week later! Special shout-out to the lady at the first desk in the frame section, I didn’t get her name but she made this experience so great for me. Also the price was very competitive.

FYI Doctors really helped us out when we were in dire need of our contact lenses on short notice. They went out of their way to provide us what we needed.

Dr.killoran was exceptional and Ashley took lots of time to help me pick out the perfect glasses for me, and was so wonderful to work with. Great experience overall.
