I am so thankful that I went to THIS clinic. Dr MacDonald is absolutely fantastic! After telling him the issues that I was having with my eyes, he was extremely thorough in examining and explained everything. I appreciated the follow-up appointment as well and his genuine concern. The office is huge and the ladies at the desk are so friendly and welcoming. Outstanding customer service in every area! 10

I had issues with the glasses I bought. After many adjustments I finally met Stacy. She figured out my bridge was too big for my nose and my issues were coming from that. She helped me get a replacement and took very good care of me.
She was very kind and built excellent rapport with me. Whenever I go back I will be looking for her face behind the desk to help me first.
I never felt a connection with someone at a vision place before but it’s a nice feeling.

Friendly and efficient staff, always a pleasure. In particular, Shawn who helped me with my frame and measurements. She was knowledgeable, very professional, and over and above accommodating. Highly recommend.

I purchased the most beautiful set of hot pink frames that I probably never would have reached for but Stacey and Tanya picked them and they nailed it! They were both so helpful and are pros at matching you with the perfect frames for your face and your vibe! Thank you ladies:) They are my favorite glasses ever?

I recommend the FYI Doctors, it is such a great place to get glasses. I love visiting Dr. Debly for my eye check ups, she is such a lovely person. If you get the chance to go there and need glasses I recommend you see Diane she gives such good customer service. I had a hard time picking glasses last year and she was so patient and kind with me and ended up ording glasses for me. When you enter the shop all of the front desk staff are amazing and so nice to deal with, Tanya is my favorite greeter she is such a delight to deal with when getting your paper work done. As I read the reviews, now I’m not worried tat I’m the only one being mistreated. The front people are very rude and unprofessional. FYI manager, Contact me if you are interested to know who in the front misbehaved, I’ll give u the names. These ppl are ruining ur business.

I recently had an issue with an online order I made for contact lenses, thankfully, everything was rectified very quickly and customer service was excellent, Stacey is a an absolute professional and has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, every other dealing with FYI has been great!

My experience at FYI was incredible. Dr. Blackmore was wonderful, experienced, answered all my questions, lovely. Erin helped me with finding glasses. I know online retailers are cheaper but with needing glasses for everyday wear for the first time, I was so grateful to have someone help me and take time to fit them just right. Very grateful and I found some awesome frames!

Was pleasantly surprised with the expedient and friendly service provided by the staff here! Erin was especially helpful during my appointment and was able to provide some much needed tuning to both my prescription glasses as well as my Enchroma corrective lenses! I highly recommend FYidoctors.

My daughter had a contact fitting appointment today with Stacey, it was very nice to see my daughter with a smile and confidence that she was able to put in and take out her contacts. She was super friendly and let my daughter know that she could call or email her if she had any questions at all. Also a great final visit with our eye doc and met the manager to see how our visit went.
