I gotta be honest. If you want any selection at all of mens frames, this is not the place to go. The staff is great. The optometrists are great. The selection is non existent.

Always a pleasant experience from the moment I call to book until I leave my appointment. The staff are friendly and helpful and Dr Currie is always a pleasure.

I attended FYi in Lower Sackville recently. I had been struggling with what was my current prescription glasses. From the moment I walked in, all the staff were very pleasant, greeted us in a timely manner and all smiles. Then I seen Dr Baird, who was also amazing. I moved on to pick out frames. Normally I struggle finding frames I like. Not here! I had to fight with which ones wanted out of five I fell in love with. Now I am home a few weeks later and the new prescription has allowed my reading speed to be very quick and has made seeing the phone and computer a breeze. THANK YOU FYi!

Dr. Paula Gaudet & her assistant are the best practitioners I have seen. Everything was explained in a way I understood, and I feel truly cared for.

I had a wonderful experience here. I booked an eye exam because it had been a while. The assistants and other staff were very pleasant. Dr. Carew was great, he was professional and I could tell that he was in the business to help others, not for the money. He did not try to sell me anything, in fact we talked about my vision and the lack of typical unpleasant symptoms one could experience without glasses and he told me I did not need to purchase new glasses, unless I felt I wanted to. Great overall experience, will definitely be back for my next exam!:)

Our family has been clients of FYI Lower Sackville for over 10 years now. All staff are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We see and love Dr. Currie. She is excellent with clients of all ages. They have a wonderful selection of frames and always offer followup for ultrasonic cleaning, refitting and repairs. We highly recommend FYI Lower Sackville!

FYI in Lwr. Sackville is a great place to check your vision and get fitted for new glasses, contacts, etc.
I was very pleased to walk in and find it a warm and friendly place. I was treated with respect and was not pressured to purchase a specific type of eyeware. Overall, just a great experiencer.

Dr. Currie is amazing! Every visit I’ve had with her over the years has always be a great experience. I've been seeing Doctor Currie for at least 15 years and she and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic. They have a large selection of affordable and attractive frames and are willing to help with any issues that arise. Excellent service.

All the staff are so warm and welcoming! The Doctor was very informative and answered all of our questions.

The staff is kind and professional. Dr. Currie is knowledgeable and personable She takes the time to explain everything and answer to your questions. I really, really appreciate the fact that waiting time for appointments is short: less than a week!
Lots of parking is a plus too.

Angela from the Lower Sackville location is amazing! She is helpful, honest and patient; she is my go to for all my eyeglass fittings. Her customer service is above and beyond and she made my experience pleasurable, we had a lot of fun. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Following a very thorough eye exam with Dr Alphonse Carew on March 14/23, I decided to go with a sun glass update. Optician Angela Hume spent a lot of time with me as I tried on various styles. She was super efficient and we had a lot of fun narrowing down just the right pair. I would like to recommend Angela for the care and attention she gives to her customers. Lynn Ledwidge.

Just got my last eye exam at FYI. $165 + tax. Good service but company should be ashamed charging that when basic insurance covers less than 25% of that.

Horrible experience everytime I have to get an eye exam in this place. The minute they realize they aren't getting my business because their frames and lenses are ABSURDLY overpriced the demeanor of the optometrist "Dr. " Gaudet changes drastically. You are a medical professional. Act like it. The only reason I go there is because I need my health info. Which they now charge 160$ for. Absolutely horrendous service by the optometrist. The secretaries were lovely and I pride them on doing an unbiased job. Avoid this place like the plague.
