Hey stoped by Chain lake GameStop after work today Had an awesome experience Justin the manager helped me with so much and updated me with new preorders I got the new ps5 slim and traded in my ps5 old gen & got a sweet deal, then got service by bran and rowan who were awesome at the cash i recommend coming to this location if I could rate this experience I’d give it to a 10 don’t delete my review now I had to write this twice now! & I’ll keep writing it lol

We were here Sunday, there were two workers. The young one was very friendly, she mentioned it being her third shift. The older one working with her was the rudest person I'd ever met. She was condescending and just down right volatile to customers. I didn't catch her name at all, but believe me, youll know who I'm talking about when you walk in. Very disappointed.

I walked into this store today - their open sign was on, and their door was not locked - only to be told that the store is closed. Fortunately, the nearby Best Buy was open, and they got the sale.

Very helpful. Smiles and kindness, even when extremely busy. Great customer service.

Poor customer service. Pre-ordered a game (Sonic Frontiers), paid in full on Sunday. Went to pick it up on release day (today Tuesday), and they didn’t have it. They said it was too close to release day. However they never bothered to say that when they were take my money on Sunday. I ended up just getting a refund for my game plus two others that I had pre-ordered with them. Took my business to Best Buy. They had the game, I made my other two preorders Best Buy all the way!

Love this location. Staff are great and they have more merchandise than the HSC location. The only thing that bothers me is their early closing hours which makes them much less convenient or accessible.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. Went in with the intention of buying an Xbox series S. The demeanour of the balding gentleman was out of this world. I don’t know very much about Xbox, PlayStation etc. I had a few questions about the new systems so figured I should go to GameStop instead of Walmart or Best Buy… I’m not sure what this guy’s problem was. He couldn’t have been more unhelpful. I don’t even know how to describe the situation. It was like he forgot that his job was to help. I wound up buying at Walmart because the customer service interaction was so poor.

0/10… I hope this review gets back to the individual worker that was working on Tuesday October 11 around 2pm. He will struggle in life treating people as he did.
