I called and came in for a super simple repair and the staff here helped me out without hassle. The energy inside the store is very welcoming, I will definitely come back here in the future.

My husband’s glasses broke this afternoon. So, we drove to Gaudet Optical, our favourite store to deal with for our eyewear. My husband decided it was time to replace his frames, so Diana and Heather helped us with a great deal. I should say that we both had our lenses replaced at Gaudet Optical in July.
Unfortunately, my husband’s glasses could not be fixed, so Dave, took it upon himself and fitted the old lenses into a sample pair of frames. This took awhile and he did a great job. The best part was he did this as a favour to help us!
This is an amazing place for eyewear and the staff really care about fantastic customer service.

Heather was super helpful in guiding my 91-year-old mom with her new eyeglasses choice. We really enjoyed our time with her and it was very productive. Heather helped us think about some of the pros and cons of transition lenses as well. Frames at Gaudet are very fashionable and fun.

Very rude service. The bald bearded man in a suit who appears to be the store manager barely greets customers and is extremely curt and unwelcoming. Everyone would do themselves a favor by purchasing glass frames elsewhere.

The staff is not welcoming or at a base level, warm. The place is locked up tighter than fort Knox with basically a Las Vegas bouncer manning the door. They basically just sell glasses and contacts, it's not like they are selling gold bars or diamonds which requires permanently locked doors with buzzers and a bouncer by the door. With the countless numbers of other great options like ocean optometry, I would be hard pressed to find any logical reason someone would come here but only for convenience and fear of change.

Visited late on a Friday just before they closed. I had sat on my new glasses and desperately needed a repair and adjustment. I looked online for the best place for repairs and Gaudet was recommended. I was immediately greeted at the door. Very friendly and professional service while taking care of my issue right away. My glasses, which I did not purchase here, were tuned up better than they came from the factory. Fantastic service, highly recommended.
