What an awesome technician. (Emerson) He was upbeat, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Superb customer service, and my screen was fixed on my beloved Apple 5s in record time. The whole thing was a completely positive experience.
I can't say enough good things about Emerson and Geebo Dartmouth. They have parking right in front of the store, which made things simpler. I totally recommend this store. **********

Update: Emerson fixed all issues, even added a screen protector for our troubles. Screen protector replacement done by Emerson is amazing, shocked the other replacement was even passed as acceptable to return to paying customer.
Emerson apologized for his colleagues poor customer service and poor quality work. I DO recommend Geebo if you are getting service and care that Emerson
ffers.
Ask for Emerson if you are looking for the quality service Geebo offers.

Very embarrassed for Geebo. Previously had amazing customer service and phone service.
No longer can I say that I recommend Geebo, I'd advise to stay away and go elsewhere to save your money and be treated with respect.
Told on phone one price, went in, service done, price was $60 more. They would not fox this, though their mistake.
Not to mention, after the screen repair, the screen is not 100% responsive.to touch. Their response was "We can put your old screen back in and you go elsewhere" rather than fix. Insulting. As well as a customer needed help with their phone, they could not figure it out. So I quickly offered to try, and I fixed it for him. Geebo workers had just walked away and left us alone. Terrible service.
Phone screen replacement was not done correctly, screen unresponsive to touch at times. Will not be using phone and follow up with management.

I hope management replaces the other staff Kaleb, or trains him in common decency and respect, along with how to confirm a repair is done correctly. As of now, doing his company no
a favor by being there.

Absolutely horrible place Was told they ordered my part for phone.told to come back one week later.showed up and they didn't even order the part.didn't even have me in the system.don't go here unless u wanna get screwed

5 stars -> 1 star after my recent experiences.

Several weeks ago, Geebo replaced my $700 phone screen incorrectly. I had to come back three times to resolve the issue.

They also recently tried replacing my screen protector, but used the wrong kind and told me I would have to come back at a later date to have the original one put back on.

Super helpful and nice staff! Able to get me in super short notice and repair my phone that day when other places couldn't.

No written quotes given to repair devices, not "worth their time". Potential to be over charged with no accountability if it happens.

Took my iPhone here after the screen disconnected and it was repaired in less than 1.5 hours with zero hassle and a fair price. This spot I would recommend to friends in Dartmouth and beyond.

Awesome service. Was in and out in 5 mins and the guy was super helpful with what i thought was a big problem turns out it was a little one. Thank you sir.

This review is coming in late but I was impressed with the customer service. I had an issue with my tablet as I had an issue putting in the simm card. It was stuck, my mistake. They took care of it in less than a minute.

The service was terrible and the rep was rude from the get go. I asked few questions and I wasn’t getting a clear answers about repairs. I would not recommend going to this store.
