I unfortunately had a pretty bad, and expensive, experience with Geebo.
I brought my iPad in for battery replacement as it wasn’t holding a charge and only working plugged in. Was warned that sometimes the screen cracks with iPad battery change. They would call me when it was ready.

I week and no call, so I called them.
My screen broke during repair and they needed to know if I wanted it replaced.
I knew it was a risk. It sucked to have the extra cost but it happens.
I gave the go ahead and they told me they would call when it was done.

Two weeks go by and I do not hear anything from them, so I call them.iPad not working. Not turning on. They say it wasn’t battery that was problem. They don’t know what’s wrong but need to send it downtown for analysis and repairs. $80 up front.

They say they will call when analysis is done to let me know next steps.

Another two weeks goes by and I do not hear from them. So I CALL THEM AGAIN! They say it is ready to pick up, needed a quick fix for loose attachment.

I get there to pick up. Turn it on. Looks good. Try to swipe the screen and touch isn’t working well. Guy plays with it for a second. See’s it’s messed up and tells me they have to keep it for longer. But will give me a call in a couple of days for pick up.

ANOTHER 1.5weeks goes by. I CALL THEM again. It’s ready for pick up.

I go pick it up.
Charged for battery, screen replacement and for them to saulder something inside.

So, a simple 2 day replacement of $120 battery turned into 10 weeks! And over $400 fix.
(Dropped of Sept 5th and picked up Nov 17th)

Not once did they call me.
Very poor customer service. Very poor organization.
Although the young guy working there was nice, polite and apologetic.

I will definitely not take another device to them for any kind of repair.

Took my phone there for a replacement of the microphone, received quick and knowledgeable service! Highly recommended!

I don't really like saying bad things about places but my experience here was just disappointing. I went here to get a special controller that was experiencing drift issues fixed and the first person I spoke too told me it would be about a 2 week wait because it had to be shipped out and I didn't mind the 2 week wait. After 2 weeks I called the store and was told that it was actually a 6 week wait time which I found to be frustrating because if I knew that a head of time I might have searched for some other option but after the 6 weeks I did get my controller back. The most frustrating part however was that I was told it was "re-calibrated" and should be working perfectly however upon inspection the stick does not reset itself to neutral which causes some issues if I don't expand the deadzones on the controller, not the biggest issues but not something I expected after paying 50$ and waiting 6 weeks for.

Overall I am unfortunately not very happy with the experience here but at least the people I spoke too seemed very nice.

Best service ever. My iPhone wasn't charging because the port was dirty. The guys cleaned it up for me for no charge. Wow thank you a lot. I recommend this place strongly.

They did everything to get my 90 yrs old father's smartwatch.
He even installed the app we wanted!

I took my phone there this past Saturday because I cracked my screen. Less than 3 hours later I'm walking out of the store with a phone that was good as new. Pricey but better than paying for a whole new phone! Service was incredible!

I purchased a replacement screen for my phone which turned out to be faulty but hey new big deal I'm pretty easy to deal with. I brought the phone back in they confirmed the screen was indeed faulty. Unfortunately they didn't have one in stock so said they would order one in for me took a picture of the damage for reference (big black dot in the center of the display) and off I went, when I returned to get my replacement screen that had been ordered I had unfortunately dropped my phone once again. I was told that my faulty screen could no longer be replaced because it was cracked even though they had record of the damaged screen being installed and had my replacement part already ordered. They insisted I pay $250 to replace the faulty screen I had already paid $400 to replace! If I hadn't had a faulty screen installed %100 my fault for the crack damage I'm not debating that but admitting to installing a broken screen and then telling me my broken screen is broken so its no longer covered is not right

Took my phone in a couple times with charging issues. They cleaned the port which was helpful, and recommended better cords.

Finally my 4 year old phone needed the port replaced. They had the part in stock and had the work done in 3-4 hours.

Will come here again.

Brought my daughters very beat up phone and the guys were awesome. They replaced the screen, put a vinyl backing on, new screen protector and did it all within an hour. They were also very personable and kind to deal with. Would 100% recommend these guys!

Brought an Ipad here to have the LCD replaced. Great service, great price and I also had my screen protector replaced on my iphone which I am very happy with the quality of the product.
Very happy, we will be back.

Jared recently helped me replace a broken ear speaker on my fathers iPhone. He fixed it quickly and I was very happy with the repairs. The Apple Store quoted me over $250 to replace the entire screen, while Geebo was able to safely remove the screen and replace only the ear speaker wiring module. I would highly recommend over using Apple themselves.
