They used dirty dirty makeup brushes on me for fair for what they charge, will not go back.

Gentle Touch is one of the best and cleanest spas I have been to in the city. I have been going for years to all of the girls Marcy, Lindsay, Aimelie and they are all fantastic. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great facial, mani pedi or any spa treatment!

I have dealt with skin issues/acne since I was 19 years old. I have been coming to Gentle Touch all of my 20s and now 30s. I have always been self conscious about my skin, and would cover it with a lot of makeup. I now, have the confidence to be out and about without makeup (or minimal). The team at GT know their stuff! And I always and forever will be grateful for them for putting me on track on skin care and educating on the products that are best suited for me. Highly recommend them!

I bought a gift card for someone here a while ago. They were recently told that it had expired, and could not be used. It is illegal to have expiry dates on gift cards. I had a farm house facial on July 7th that was so relaxing and truly made my skin glow all summer! The place is so atestically pleasing and such lovely staff. Great that there is parking located. Will be back again soon!

I love Gentle Touch & all of their services. I have had Laser, Facials, Spray, Pedicure, Manicure. Everything.if they offer it- I've done it. However I am writing this to give a shout out to Celsea at the Halifax Location. Although I live in Larry Uteck, I still drive to the downtown location because of Celsea at reception. She is an asset to the business & one of the main reasons I use Gentle Touch. Although it is out of the way for me- Good Customer Service is worth the drive.

First spray tan ever and it was great. Alisha was friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Establishment was clean and very well maintained.

I recently had a brow lamination service with estetician Aimelie Comeau last Thursday. It was my first time going to Gentle Touch. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional. Aimelie did an excellent job taming my brows. They were very sparse but the lamination relaxes the existing hairs and also involves dying the peach fuzz and creates a full looking natural brow. I was really surprised. They can then be combed up to create fullness because the hairs have been relaxed and sit flat to the skin, so are easier to shape. Definitely worth it!

Holly is my go to person at Gentle Touch. I have had a variety of facial treatments with her. HydraFacial, dermaplaning, IPL and skin tightening. She only recommends treatments that will work on your skin, steered me away from wasting money on things that wouldn't. My skin has never been in better condition. She is a magician, kind, patient and hugely skilled. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Gentle Touch. I've been going for years now and love every service I receive. They carry beautiful products, offer amazing services and the staff is wonderful and friendly. Ask for Holly the next time you visit, if you're lucky enough to get in with her you won't regret it. It is a very nice and inviting atmosphere. I have been receiving facials from Marcy Yorke and they have been amazing clearing my skin while getting a little massage and great advice on products.
