I switched to this dentist and it was such a comfortable experience for someone who doesn’t enjoy the dentist. Friendly staff and very thorough! I learned a lot about my teeth through conversation there which was nice and Dr Laura Shepherd is fantastic!

They are so unprofessional. They charge me double from the estimated cost. Even they delayed to send the prescription to pharmacy without any reason. Not recommend at all.

Their care is thorough and they do not try to upsell. You need what you get, and you get what you need.

My oral care team is Dr. M. Atwi, with hygienist Morgan. But there are several other dedicated professionals in the Centre.

Going to the dentist is never easy but my they made it as positive as it could possibly have been.

The hygienists are wonderful and the dentist Mo is awesome with kids and I’ve been with Dr Ng since forever and he’s knowledgeable and professional and I trust him with anything teeth related

I had my tooth crack and needed it fixed they had made me a emergency exam and fixed it for me and went above my expertations and were realy friendly to me

My family and I have been cared for by Dr. Ngan for years and years. It's always a good feeling to know we're in good hands. He has a mad level of patience, an incredible bedside manner, and never misses an opportunity to crack a joke. Dr. Ngan and his staff are unmatched!

I never recommend this dental. They canceled my appointment 3 times for 1 month without explain why. Just said "Your appointment was canceled"

I had to use the suction tool myself for my cleaning. I thought this was strange and it made me uncomfortable. They didn't submit a predetermination correctly for invisalign causing delays. Additionally, a receptionist I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and when I asked her why she was speaking to me in that way she put someone else on the phone instead. The second person was apologetic and professional, but it couldn't make up for the poor service and professionalism elsewhere
