I went to go Powersports a couple weeks ago to purchase a motorized bicycle for my son. I was so impressed with the prompt and kind service I received, from the minute I stepped in the shop i was well taken care of.if I wanted to just look around or ask any questions There was always someone there to help me. When it came to purchasing the bicycle, they knew exactly what I was looking for and They even loaded it in my truck for me. I will definitely be going back very soon. I am very pleased with this business and their employees. You definitely won’t be disappointed with go Powersports!

Walked in for an air filter was greeted at the door by Jacob very polite and friendly. Thought while I was there I would get a couple prices on a 4wheeler. Jacob suggested we go out and look at some of the used inventory just to see what was available. It was raining but he stuck it out with me while I browsed around but already knew that the 2018 CF Moto was coming home with me! Awesome Service was great people there were friendly and helpful and I picked the ATV the next day Saturday Jacob and I loaded it up and home it came. Bought a 2023 Ryker 600. The whole process was simple, easy and all done from about 250km away. Shipped to to our local Go Powersports dealer and they did a great job as well. Super happy with everything. (the sun even came out for the ride home!)

I Bought a new Seadoo Switch from this dealer back in January. I had a few issues with the boat and the pricing I was charged for the additional accessories at the time of purchase but didn't realize until I got the boat out of storage in April.

I contacted management at the dealership and Jason (manager) and Corey (service manager) have been extremely helpful in fixing the boat issues and also rectifying my pricing issues.

I am a business owner and am extremely aware of dealing with issues at the management level and these two went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer who will return for future purchases.

I met Todd back in December and he’s been treating me well since and we ended up finding a machine and making a deal.

Finally got up on Saturday morning to take this machine for a drive and the parking aera they had unfortunately was small but didn’t stop me from taking it for a small spin and then going in and signing the paperwork Todd even texted me that morning to see if we was still coming up we had just landed in the parking lot when he sent it out. They was extremely busy today but didn’t stop him from doing his job with me and the other s he had delt with also it was a great service very friendly people

Todd and the team were able to get me the boat I really wanted. A few items missing on the extras list but they ordered them straight away and got me on the road and to the lake. The 21’ 230 switch is awesome and Todd always responds quickly to any questions I have.
