I had a very good experience with Good Air Ventilation. They arrive between the time slot agreed upon. They were friendly and completed the job in a timely fashion.

Would highly recommend Good Air Ventilation to anyone! After calling several companies regarding my heat pump that was not functioning, this was the only company able to come the same day. From the receptionist to the technicians I had nothing but positive interactions. The techs were so thorough, finding issues not preciously found on maintenance calls, and made sure everything was working as it should before leaving. I really can't thank them enough.

Really appreciate the work done by Good Air. The team was prompt and friendly, and did their best to find a less costly solution to our heat pump repair. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would hire again.

Out of more than ten companies, I called for emergency service for my broken HVAC, mentioning that it is the only source of heat in my house. They were the only ones who said they could come the following day because of the emergency. They were on time, explained everything that happened, how they fixed it and tips to save energy. Amazing people, fantastic work. Best service at a better price.

I had a reservation for an air duct cleaning which had to be cancelled due to a snow storm. I was surprised that they had found an opening the next day to accommodate me. Communication was great and several updates were given so I could manage my time. The workers were very professional and considerate that they were working in someone's home. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely use them in the future.

Great team. Our heat pumps stopped producing heat. They came and diagnosed the problem (refrigerant leak) and then came back and fixed it all up. They will show you what is not working so you have visibility and give you options.

Have used the service multiple times and each time their service has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

They were quick, friendly and fair about not needing to charge for additional vents that were reachable from another.

The HRV system that was installed during construction in 2008 packed it in due to a seized motor in 2023. The unit outlived its service period. I called upon Good Air to inspect the old unit and recommend a replacement system. The inspection and installation of the new unit took two weeks. Technician team arrived on time and completed the change over within two hours. Very impressed with the installation and the short tutorial I was given afterwards. Great Job! Thank you.

Installed bathroom vent plumbing so that it terminated to outside instead of terminating in the attic. The workers were prompt, courteous and efficient. Good Air advises when the techs will arrive and then follows up advising the time they will be on site. Excellent system.

Had Good Air come in to review our home to provide a quote and recommendation on a heat pump system. They arrived over an hour late to my scheduled time without notice and showed up in an unmarked van without any branded clothing. I understand not every company has branded vehicles, but it did seem a bit sketchy to me.

The two gentlemen where nice and professional but didn’t really seems to know what they were talking about. It was only because of my husbands prompting that they finally recommended a solution for our home. The on-site quote is something you also have to pay for which is unusual (we’ve had many contractors come in where there is no charge to come in for a quote). The quote to just get them to our home was almost 80$. I do not recommend this company, we ended up going with a more reputable one and I wish I had just looked around at other companies first before realizing that you shouldn’t pay for someone to assess your home.

After the initial inconvenience they were able to come over and assess the issue and fix it. Very friendly staff.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable! Will definitely have them in again to clean the vents. Very informative when booking- laid out all the costs and services, and while they were here-explained how to maintain the regular cleaning by ourselves! Thanks so much!

Liz and Alex came out to fix and clean my air exchanger. My wife and I were extremely happy for the service. They were very polite and professional workers. The first service tech arrived to assess the needed work. Very professional and personable. Quickly explained the issue and had the office set a time for air exchange unit to be replaced.
On the day of install, 2 service technicians arrived. Levi and his co worker were great to explain what they were doing and other issues that may need attention such as cleaning the ducts. The work was done and everything was very neat and tidy. Excellent customer experience all round. Would definitely recommend Good Air Ventilation.

Good Air Ventilation Systems did a thorough cleaning, inspection and sanitizing of our air exchanger. The techs were knowledgeable and explained the process the whole way through. We were very happy with the service we received from this company and would highly recommend them.

Had to replace all duct work in the attic for my air exchanger, big job and no place to walk but of the beams. 3 guys worked all day, took before and after pictures to show me exactly what they did. They explained everything. Cleaned the Air Exchanger and all their mess, vacuumed any mess they made upstairs, took all the garbage away and the job is complete. I have used this company before to clean my air exchanger and they make sure the work is done correct. Very good to deal with. And the techs are very respectful as well. Will continue to use there services.

Getting quotes for a project and have not selected anyone yet, but i like the tech sent to my home. He was on time and he took the time to look at each project, take measurements and pictures. He then explained a few things to me and now I await my quote.

My Venmar Constructo 1.0 system was setup by a ventilation company in Aug. 2019. I requested a brand new Venmar set. However, it was made in 2009 and has no filters when a technician to check a broken motor in Sep. 2021. This is a typical cheating case. I can't rely on any technician of that company. I contacted with the Good Air Ventilation System Inc.then. The technician, John Michael, not only checked the status of the machine and also found the reason of the broken motor. In addition, he found the exhaust pipe and the intake pipe were dislocated and shifted. He did a very professional inspection and was very patient to answer customer's questions. This is a good sign of a reliable company.

They came for inspection of my air exchanger. Was here for 7 minutes and left. Got invoice for 75 dollars. Was told later that it would go towards my overall bill of 542 dollars This included cleaning of ducts and filter change. We have 3 ducts in a 1 bedroom trailer. I reluctantly paid the 75 dollars and chalked it up as a bad choice. They should tell you up front what to expect. I suggest you ask before you use these guys. 75 bucks for 7 mins inspection. It appeared that he couldn’t get out fast enough. Anyhow bad decision on our part.

They came out to my home to clean my dryer vent, which had apparently not been done for a long time before I moved into it. The technicians went above and beyond to make sure that the vent was cleaned out despite the difficulties getting to it (I live in a third floor condo). Would highly recommend them to anyone! The techs are professional, kind, and the customer service is excellent.

We enlisted the services Good Air Ventilation Systems to service our air exchanger. We were able to set up an appointment within days. The service technician was prompt and courteous and assessed our problem quickly. The receptionist was also very helpful. She was able to arrange for a replacement motor for our unit at a reasonable price. The on-site service was fine.the contractor arrived on site on time, was very courteous and efficient. However, the follow-up customer service was abysmal.normally most organizations send out an invoice and expect payment within 30 days. This company started calling seeking payment on the "outstanding invoice" after 24 hours and called repeatedly until I paid the bill.one week after the service call. Completely ridiculous.
