Love this local brewery and tap room. Tasty beers, cozy, fun atmosphere. Service was amazing! Attentive service who truly care about the customer. Try the Category 7!

Fantastic spot for Halifax craft beers. They have beer flight options in 4 or 6 quantities. The Koji is clear and crisp, and Giggles is delish. Our server Nicole was super friendly and recommended the nacho's which were amazing. The nacho's toppings were stacked. Great value for your money. Fantastic service, beer, and food.

I'm sure you already know about the drinks and how good they are, but the nachos. The kitchen staff layered the nachos. I repeat, they layered the nachos. No sad layer of chips with no cheese/toppings. Easiest 5 star

Advised the waiter I was a celiac and asked if they had anything gluten free to eat/drink. I was told some of the beer was gluten free and was tested. I was very ill shortly after. Don't chance it, staff aren't properly informed.

Had the nachos- omg so good. Staff very friendy and they have their own brewery. We were able to eat outdoors in patio section. They do have indoor pub/bar. Didnt go inside.

I don’t normally leave a lot of reviews but this company is top notch, great beer and great service! My Girlfriend and I originally discovered them at the Edmonton Craft Beer Fest and we’re won over by the service they gave us there! We had the opportunity to come to Halifax and this was one of our first stops when we got here! We were in Halifax for a week and stopped by three times with amazing service every time! I would strongly suggest coming here if you are ever in Halifax and like beer. 10 out 10 will return next time I come back to Halifax!

Terrific appetizers and delicious creature feature ipa when we visited in September 2022. Servers were great. Our group of 6 all loved it.

Visited here a few times during a trip to Halifax and would highly reccomend if you like craft beer! Great staff, great beer and a cool vibe to the inside. Patio also looked fantastic for cold beers on a nice day!

The weather might limit the patio days, but it's a great place to enjoy music & ale under the stars. Superb staff service.

This should be regarded as a Halifax treasure. I had the Good Will beer and a sprite, delicious. I even heard their nachos are the best in the city, this might be a stretch but, none the less, they were good. The only problem was the lack of robots, I saw more robots at Canada Tire.

Amazing beer by far! Came from Calgary to PEI for family. Made the 4.5hr drive down from Cape West just to see this brewery before leaving this past Saturday. The server was incredibly rude, short and was more interested in getting back to chat with his friends then helping us try the amazing beer. Left such a bad taste in our mouth we don't want to come back to the brewery or halifax. We tour all over Canada and beyond to try unique beers, which were amazing here but the worst service we've ever had.

Dropped in on Thurs for a quick bite. Ordered the burger and fried chicken with a GR Lager and the Ten Thousand Pound pilsner. Food was great and highly recommend the pilsner. Our server was amazing. She was so friendly and knowledgeable taking the time to explain the beer choices. She was the only server working the patio but she had all the tables covered. Will be back the next time we are in town!

Nice staff, generally really good with dietary restrictions! The food is good, although the gochujang cauliflower bites and chicken burger are gravely missed.incredible patio in the summer!

Great atmosphere; the staff are always so lovely, drinks are great. Disappointing that the beep fizz drink doesn’t actually taste anything remotely to the previous beep drink. But overall amazing place to go and visit.

Good robot has great beers, great food, and great folks, both working there and visiting there. I'm also a really big fan of the fizz and fancy waters - the fancy water is a great alternative to alcoholic drinks and also doesn't have any sugar in it like pop. The Lime Ricky is by far my favorite

One of Halifax's best craft beer spots with great food, friendly staff and a comfortable, chilled atmosphere.

Beer is obviously great here.
The food menu is small and focused which is something more places could learn from.
The patty melt felt like the perfect homemade sandwich.
Mussels and sauce were exceptional served with just the right amount of sourdough toast.
The scallops were the only ones I've had cooked properly in Halifax despite it being a port town with an abundance of amazing seafood.
Highly recommend stopping for a bite with your next brew.

Great location! To be honest we had hit a few other breweries before we got there so my assessment may not be the best but we liked what we had!

A wonderful place to enjoy. We tried different beers and they were all great. The waitresses are super friendly and we felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back. The ambience, the menu and the whole design have been thought through down to the smallest detail. Absolutely worth visiting.

Best local brewery with an amazing and well rounded selection (although the stouts ate all my favorites) and the staff and customer service is really what set it apart! Always my first stop for a beer.

The food is amazing - onion rings and tacos were delicious! My partner really enjoyed the beer. I don't like beer but they had flavoured fermented Seltzers on the menu and the fruit punch one was pretty good - I wish they had a drink option that was even sweeter where you can't taste the alcohol

Awesome service with phenomenal beer! The best kind of people work here. We will 100% be back. Also very accommodating for people with gluten sensitivities! Safe space, awesome place - can’t recommend enough!

Amazing breweries one of my favourites I’ve ever been to! The beer is very good - lots of unique types and flavours. The food is amazing! The cauliflower appetizer was delicious so was the veggie burger. Def recommend this place when you’re in Halifax

Great beers and food here and an amazing vibe. We're from Ontario amd every time we visit Halifax we make sure to stop in to the Good Robot.
