Excellent experience: they are approachable and friendly, easy to talk and ask questions to. They are professionals, they noticed details example for me was 5 days passport gabs etc which is why I went for professional assistance. They did follow my file when needed. I did trust them, so, I was not stressed at the mean times I received positive results. Grace a couple of years I asked her was a complicated situation and she said she wouldn't think it would issue and it was not.
I believe, experience, professionalism and honesty are true of Grace and her team.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I happily would! My husband and I sought out Grace's Immigration Lawyer services when we were really struggling with some complexities in our spousal sponsorship application and were feeling highly stressed/worried. Not only was Grace very knowledgeable and professional, but she also has a down-to-earth, empathetic touch that made all the difference to us as we navigated the process. She was thorough and realistic in explaining all of our options and potential outcomes, and she was readily available for consultation, appointments, and meetings in a timely manner. We are glad to say that my husband now has his permanent residency, and we have Grace to thank for all of the insightful help she provided through the process! I highly recommend her to everybody.

My review is solely based on the experience I received & the professionalism of the lawyer (Grace Allen) wrt the initial consultation process. This is my personal opinion & in no way based on any personal attributes of Grace.

Grace is very novice and lacks knowledge on the immigration matter. She used "I don't know" several times during the initial consultation. I understand that we as humans may not know everything but atleast could give some insight based on similar cases that were handled. The consultation was supposed to last for an hour or so but finished within approx 35-40 minutes.

I understand that I had not retained her but had an important question related to the initial consultation which did not involve any extra research. However, the attitude from the staff at this firm felt condescending in nature & it almost seemed like I had to beg to get an answer/response. Even when I did get it, it was not addressed correctly.

Wasted $230 hard earned money which I could've used to better use by hiring an experienced and professional Immigration lawyer
