Greco Pizza, Capt. Submarine & Frozu!

Never order the party pizza spent about 44 dollars and pizza has chesse less than small pizza little sprinkle here and there really disappointed

If you eat in, take a look around. Walls, window ledges and blinds haven't being cleaned in quite some time. That makes me question the kitchen's clean.

Very poor service. The staff was terrible. They served is uncooked food right out the fridge. It went straight in the garbage. Tried to address this with Greco Customer Services and the brushed me off. They did not seem to care. I would avoid this place.

This place is not bad for ordering pizzas but at times i had to wait for like an hour for the pizzas to be fully done. But this place is worth it.

Ordered a donair pizza and Diet Pepsi to my hotel room while passing through Truro. The pizza came hot and delicious, and the Diet Pepsi was cold and refreshing. All in all a great Pizza experience. Thanks!

The team at this location is great! The prices are very reasonable, the pizza is always consistently good, the delivery is convenient and fast. Overall a great pizza place. Glad they are open later than all the other places too.

So looks like Greco is Celebrating their 45th anniversary with a new pizza box, removing donair dipping with the order and reducing quantity of the toppings on pizza

Poor service, unhygienic bathrooms and food areas, flavours of ice cream don’t match sign, old ice cream toppings.very disappointed

I used to hate greco food but lately (maybe new chef) the foods been awesome. The mozza stuffed crust cheese pizza is our favorite.

If I could give this place zero I would. Person making my hubbies sub was touching his face and while ours subs were in toaster he went what he thought was out of sight and pulled up his pants with same gloves on. I had to tell him to change them before touching our food so unclean will never buy here again

I used to love Greco pizzas. They used to be our family take out treat on paydays. I find they don't taste the same anymore, they are good, but they just aren't great.

Not clean.poor customerservice.ended up leaving even before we put our order due to the server taking the person behind us in line. So rude. Will not be returning.ever.

It was very poor service the cashier stated to take care of the person behind me because that person cut right in front of me when it was my turn just because that person put in a online order so we trun around and left and I will not be back

The foods OK, service is always great, their App is terrible, it's glitchy, won't allow you to put in certain addresses, and the delivery tracker never works. Theor pizza rexipie could do with a re vamp too.

I don't order from Greco/Captain Sub very often because their food is bad roughly half the time. But I had company and ordered 3 footlong subs for delivery for us to split. An hour goes by and the online tracking has been sitting on "Being Cooked". I decide to call them and they inform me that the order hadn't even been started. They promise to send it right out. 5 minutes goes by and I get a call from Greco. They inform me they only have white bread and it will be 2 hours for the other breads to be thawed out. I tell them that is unacceptable and it needs to be sent right away so white bread will have to do. It took another 30 minutes after this to have the subs, which showed up in an absolute mess (sauce all over the packaging, sandwiches crushed, and cold). How this business is in operation at all is beyond me. To make it worse they didn't offer a coupon or a refund for the nearly 2 hour ordear.

Young lady at the cash was being yelled at by an unhappy customer. Cheers to you lady for keeping your cool & helping him move on.

Customer service is exceptional there. The food was really good and the staff was so polite and friendly.

Shoutout to Greco, they didn't have a drink that I ordered and easily could have just sent a second one of the other flavour but they took the time to call and ask what one I wanted instead. Excellent customer service.

Waited for a bit for my order. Not there fault system crashed. But they came through twice. The delivery driver was so busy and tryin his best to make everyone a satisfied customer. He me back for the sauce. Thank you Cody (I think that's his name) and the team at Greco.

My dad went to buy a pizza here and he waited a long time for his pizza then they came to ask what he was waiting for, so he told them and then they started to make it so he had to wait another 15 minutes, I didn't go in I don't buy where I have to used a mask

I didn't like the oven subs. It tasted like they used old ingredients. The bun was very very Chewie. It didn't hold together very well, as soon as I bit it the ingredients fell out, v and continued to do so through the whole thing. The sauce has an overpowering taste of tomato and as for seasoning, it was very bland.

I order from you at least 3 times a month and the last 4 orders have all been either wrong, missing toppings or burnt. But today tales the cake, you forgot my dipping sauces and chocolate milk, also sent the wrong cookies and burnt our pizza. I spent all of dinner on hold with the restaurant for their solution to be them to send the delivery person back out to bring my sauces and chocolate milk? Well our food is gone yet we are waiting on the delivery person to bring our sauces? What do they plan on us dipping? I would have recommended Greco even with their previous mistakes as mistakes happen, however after their resolution to their mistakes. My recommendation is to pick ANYWHERE else to eat.

Terrible, we had a pizza delivered to our home which is 3 minutes away. It was soggy and not fit to eat. Said they had the wrong address? Only ordering from them for about 2 years

Mediocre food, TERRIBLE customer service. There was one girl there with pink hair that did an excellent job and was apologetic about the service. Everyone else was rude and ignored me completely. The pizza took almost half an hour longer than expected at a very slow time in service; two people with similar orders came after me and left before; the garlic fingers had next to no crust anywhere so burnt and crunchy and they didn't even cut the pizza so when I went to serve it it fell apart.

Went in here today to grab some lunch. Didn't realize that this chain also do subs and frozen yogurt. Got a complete meal in the one place.

If you're visiting from Ontario as we are, you must try the Donair Pizza, a traditional east coast Pizza from Greco's. The Donair Pizza is an experience like no other! What we know as Gyros meat with a sweet donair sauce. Beleive me, you won't be disappointed. Eat it hot, or cold, either way it's delicious! The staff are super friendly and the place is clean. I recommended Greco Pizza!

Amazing gluten free options! Great price for the family to take a night off. The staff is so helpful and makes visiting very pleasant.

Ordered 2 party pizzas and party garlic fingers for an event (for mostly children). Sent somebody to pick the pizzas up when they were supposed to be ready. He was told the pizzas weren’t ready yet and he noticed they were just making them. He waited an additional 35 minutes beyond the “ready time”. Thank god this was not a birthday party or the kids would have had to take their supper to go. He gets back with the pizzas and there were no green peppers (the works) on one pizza and on the other pizza and garlic fingers there was absolutely no seasoning on the crust. Extremely disappointing and frustrating to pay for a service and get 75% effort.

Stopped in about 3: 30 in the afternoon and placed an order for take out. Pizza was ready in good time and I went home with it. That's the good part. The bad part is that the restaurant is absolutely filthy. As I walked in my feet were crunching on yogurt toppings. Four of the tables had food smeared all over them. The edges of the floor and wall had dirt and food crusted there from poor sweeping and mopping. If this is in the public area, I shudder to think of that the kitchen looks like. Glad we didn't plan on eating in.

Worst experience ever! Why people buy pizza from here? Every time I ordered for delivery, it was at least half an hour late, which is very disappointing sometimes if you have guests waiting. Mismanagement or disorganised would be the right word to explain the service. Though they gave discount because of late, it actually did not work as it ruined the party.

Will never order again and don't recommend anyone if you need home delivery.

Food was mostly great, friendly but disorganized service. Forgot our drinks, sides, and order details. We were handed our eat-in order with no tray. The items were handed to us one at a time with about 10 minutes between the first and last items. Gave us part of someone else's order. The restaurant was filthy with overflowing garbages, dirty floors, and dirty tables. The tables and chairs were in disarray and the highchairs were left out in the way.

I walked in and ordered. I was told 15 - 20 minutes. I started walking around the counter at about 25 min. A lady finally addressed me. I told her of my order and she couldn't find it. After some discussions with staff she told me that an error had been committed and assured me that it was in the oven now. I sat down again with lots of heat under my collar. A lady approached and gave me coupons for the next time. Hmmmm

The service was ok, they were just too understaffed for the time of day.
I ordered pizza and garlic fingers, my pizza was almost raw in the centre but had burnt edges. The fingers were great though:)

Our traveling companion had mentioned that she uesd to eat this pizza as a young girl. Everybody enjoyed.especially the youngins

Very cheesy and tasty pizza, unfortunately messed up one of the crusts. Lots of donair sauce though. Yum yum

Best way to order is the app. You can order what you want and set a pick up time. It will keep you in the loop as to how it is going.

I ordered a pizza combo yesterday for take out and got the wrong pizza. I even added mozza cheese for the pizza crust and a creamy garlic dipping sauce but when I got home the pizza
I got had plain crust and I didn't get any dipping sauce. I didn't want ruin dinner time so didn't complain to get new pizza but it was horrible experience and such a waste of money. I want my refund for mozza crust and a dipping sauce but can't find the receipt.

We were disappointed in our pizza. Don't think we'll go back. Not enough workers either. We waited 45 min for our pizza. Only one Baker and one on till.

Food is good but some of the workers are so unprofessional no manners and cover up your tattoos, manager should be strict on appearance

Called the other night to get a pizza.unlike other places that post the standard price for a pizza with a certain amount of toppings there pizza price only includes the cheese.each topping is around 1.50 to $2 more and to top it off they managed to somehow make my pizza half garlic fingers.but the worst part was my experience when i got down there. It was horrible.the main girl did not know why my pizza went from 16.95 to 27.she couldent even tell me.she just kept saying uhhhhhhhhhhhh.i had to go on the website and figure it out myself. The guy out back was saying he didnt wanna come ask what i wanted on it.before i made my final descision to leave a girl came in who looked like the manager.she didnt talk to any of the staff and looked at me like i just threw up on her.a couple of years ago when my gf worked there the managers and the staff were wonderful helpful and knew what they were talking about.sadly now the place is not what it use to be. I even left a note on my order wich said specific things to wich she said what note? I told her to look and she said oh there is a note.i guess special instructions dont get looked at either.shameful place
