Greco Pizza

Ordered delivery (pizza and garlic fingers) and both were absolutely terrible quality. The crust on both was overcooked/slightly burnt and incredibly dry. It actually looked like the bottom of the garlic fingers had parts of the crust scrapped off looking at the markings/drastic difference in thickness all around. Both had practically no sauce/flavoring. The bacon/pepperoni on the pizza was burnt crispy. Will never be ordering from Greco again after a few unsatisfactory experiences, though this was by far the worst.

Use to love their pizza, these last two times have been terrible. Quality have gone down considerably. Pizza not cut properly, sauce doesn't taste like it use to, barely any sauce on the pizza. Really sad.

Came in to get a bottle of Pepsi and somehow came out with that and half a donair sub. Good sub at least. Friendly people as well. Very patient.

Imagine ordering a medium pizza for $25 plus extra for mozzarella crust and receiving these size slices LOL. Do your wallet and your stomach a favor my friends, order pizza from ANYWHERE else.

Food was good. Only disappointed that the donair dips we though we were ordering from the app/website were just small condiment cups of in store donair sauce. They were much smaller amount for the price.

Distant memory of what once was. Lazy conveyer-type (Dom/Pzza Pzza/LilCaes), overpriced, if you’re close and in a pinch and need something fast it’s ok. Staff were fast and nice. But brand could be doing a lot better

I love Greco Sauce! It tastes just like before!
Better to order ahead if you can but everything was great

I ordered garlic fingers at 5: 58pm and was told it would be 40 minutes for delivery. At 6: 54pm they were still not here so I called them just to check on the order. I was informed it was on its way and they only had 1 delivery driver for the evening. At 7: 17pm he finally arrived, so nearly an hour and a half after I called.

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the garlic fingers. Extremely thin, cardboard like texture (literally I couldn’t bite through it), way over cooked, very little cheese. I called back and explained how long it took to get to me and asked if they could remake it and I would get it picked up. They very nicely agreed to remake them.

Upon returning back home with my new garlic fingers, it was sadly the exact same problems and quality. The staff are friendly but this Greco is not somewhere I will be ordering again.

My pizza was delivered an hour after the stated delivery time. Ordered extra sauce and none was delivered. Very sparse toppings and only in the center of the pizza. And it was cold.
Years ago Greco was great pizza, not so much anymore. Will not order from there again.

I am not a picky person nor do I complain…
But we bought a party pizza and garlic fingers for a work function
And this was by far the worst pizza we all have ever had…
Very dry, no taste and hardly any toppings. And the pizza didn’t even fill the box like it was made too small.
It was very much a waste of $50.00 very bad.
Definitely will never go back.

Great customer service. Ordered online and picked up with zero issues. And the food was nice and hot.

Ordered a donair burger.not bad but service counter attendant was very curt and matter-of-fact with pleasantries.

The worst quality of pizza ever. This branch is ruining the Greco brand. Never ever try this store.

I normally love Greco! I went into this location for the first time a couple of weeks ago at noon and asked if they had any slices ready. The cashier said yes and then proceeded to get a piece of pizza from the bottom the fridge that was wrapped in plastic wrap. She then heated it up. I wasn’t told what kind of pizza it was until it was in my hand. A second worker came in and insisted the pizza was prepared that morning (doubtful). I’m giving two stars because he said if I wasn’t happy with it, he’s replace it for free. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to wait for another pizza to be made. My teeth may never be the same after eating this piece of cheesy plywood.

The thinest garlic fingers I have ever seen. Donair toppings are actually bottoms, being put under the meat. Tasted ok though.

First time ordering here, we were in thr area. The cheese was burned, and the kids didn't want to eat it. Waste of money: (

Worst delivery ever, cold when you get it and it's a stone's throw away.ordered a oven sub.and 2 donair egg rolls.took an hour because delivery driver wants to make one trip.never again.

Got there and they had forgot to make the pizza (they admitted it). They quickly made the pizza, and it was burnt. My kid wouldn't even eat it and he loves pizza.

On top of this, the place is really dirty, certainly not healthy at all.

Went to Greco Pizza last night off of Lacewood. Ordered Two Medium Pizzas. Asked for Pepperoni and Mushrooms.ended up getting just Ground Beef on the Pizza. I bit my tongue and didn't complain cause I'm not picky about toppings on my Pizza.
He asked to wait the usual 15 minutes which was fine, then I came back in 15-20 minutes later and he said "Are you waiting for something? " as if he never seen me before, and I said "Yeah the Pizzas I just ordered". Seemed that he wasn't paying much attention or on the ball.
After eating the pizzas I realized.there's way better quality pizza in town than Greco. Sorry

For the first time I had a bad experience with Greco. I ordered from the Lacewood location. I ordered a party pizza. Pretty sure I was given gluten free crust by mistake. It definitely didn't taste or look like it should have. And all I could taste was the cheese but it tasted strong like old cheese. Probably one of the worst pizzas I ever ate. Being that I live in Tantallon I couldn't go back and return it.

Horrible Dry pizza, barely any toppings and a very thin layer of sauce, stay away it’s like a frozen pizza.

Just ordered a pizza from Greco OMG the worst pizza in Halifax totally dry with nearly NO sauce and crust was so dry it would choke a horse
. Called and owners seemed not fizzed or little interested AT aLL all about there bad product

Heading to my gym Greco pizza is right beside. I saw a sign displayed “Greco Nachos”, it looks delicious, then I came inside and ordered, surprise: sorry, no Nachos today.
Washroom out of order. I asked where’s the washroom, surprise: it’s out of order.
Ok I was hungry then I decided to go for a pizza, but only 1 person to make the pizza and cashier I had to wait 5 minutes until get a chance to place my order.
They display pizza slices but the employee said they didn’t have slice, only the whole pizza. Ok I order the small one (which I find expensive). It took a bit more than 10 min.
When it came, I like ketchup on my pizza, but again surprise: They don’t have ketchup

My impression is that the place is poorly managed

I give 2 star because the pizza was ok. I ate it afterwards

I was in yesterday at Greco on lacewwod, ordered a small pizza, the man who served me, i think he said his name was Scotty had tattoos on his arms, he was so kind and helpful he had a gentle voice and was smiling and caring on with me, which i tbh thought was very cute.he is such a cutie.any single woman should go in and check him out haha.btw great food and super fast service, very clean place and of course Scott made the day for me.will being going back soon:)

Sheap but not hygienic place. The same person who attended us made our order, he didn’t wash his hands before manipulate the food, didn’t use gloves or any face or head cover.even that, he attended another customer before prepare our donairs, the fact that he touched the money at the cashier and then prepared ours donair whitout washing his hands made me think about it. He was really nice to us though. I’ll never come back anyway.

We order here on a somewhat regular basis. Greco is our favourite pizza place, and we're lucky it's close. Unfortunately, we always have problems with the food. Missing ingredients we ordered extra of, pizzas are undercooked, and the last order we ordered the garlic parmesan crust, which they didnt put on it. When questioned about it, they said "ask for more next time. " Unbelievable, its unfortunate our favourite pizza place constantly lets us down.

We called 3 times and they did not pick up the phone. We went in person and the employee in the shop acknowledged we were there but didn’t answer or talk to us. Worst experience EVER!

Placed an order and it was never made. Found out when I called after waiting an hour and a half for delivery.

Always happy with the pizza I get from this Greco. Quick delivery times and hot pizza make me a happy customer.

Donaire sauce dont even come whit a party pizaa half garlic finger first time i see that what a bunch of bafoons

Very much depends on who is working. Some are great and some make sure you know you're not worth their time.

It's the yummiest yummy pizza ever and I love the Greco bread and the cookies are ammqqaazinggg also the lava cake is greattt

The service was the best ever! My friend and I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza with other items. A few seconds later they call back claim that it will take 55 min for the delivery person to deliver our order. He offered to give us a large pizza instead of a medium with no extra charge! And when we get our pizza, it is stuffed crust, which we didn’t ask ask! Awesome customer service and I will definitely buy from this store again.

I went here and the cleanliness of the restaurant was amazing. Plus there was this very nice employee named John he was very helpful and my order came in a flash. I recommend anyone near here to come.

Got the wrong order and billing representative don't agree that he has taken the wrong order. Garlic bread sticks were pathetic in taste and too much butter.

Not recommended.

Very dissapointed with the service I have received in regards to delivery. The first time I was told 45 minutes and it took an hour and rr minutes we called a few times to remind them and when we got the order it was cold, not fully good and the bacon bits werent really melted in with the cheese it looked like they forgot to put them on and just threw some on when it was done cooking. My boyfriend ordered again tonight and again he said 45 minutes. But after an hour and a half he called and apparently the driver had tried to call him. No calls were on his phone. They said they weren't able to deliver again tonight. If this was a one time mistake I would forget about it but this seems to be a constant issue.
