Only had a phone conversation, but was told some good information for anyone needing exotic animal care or vet visits!

They do indeed have the means of diagnosing exotic pets such as scorpions, crested geckos, leopard geckos, snakes of any size/non-venomous, beardies (bearded dragons) etc

Lady on the phone sounded rude and irritated, probably should have stayed home. Took in a male dog and called simply to have him booked to be neutered, and her response was for me to go back to the last place I was. Clearly she ignored me when I said I had moved since the last time I been to their location and she refused my service. I give them a 1/10,1 cause they picked up 4th ring.

Our dog Abby ruptured her rear leg curicate ligament, Janice front office guru made sure we were seen quickly by Dr Theresa and Dr Jenny, and ensured all paperwork was sent to NB quickly and we are pleased to say Abby will be having her complicated surgery quicker than we thought. Thank you fr the bottom of our hearts.

Very nice people there everyone is very understanding and helps you cope with any issues or concerns you have with your animal.

The staff was wonderful with the exception of Janice. She was incredibly rude, confrontational and unprofessional.

Nice people, had to wait a while, more than 20 minutes past my appointment time, they said they had some anxious animals and had to take their time with them. These people were worth the wait!

Thanks Dr Alex for taking care of my cat Doji! Thanks to all the staff who were very kind and caring! Thanks too for getting my cat an appointment ASAP! I just moved here and haven’t gotten a vet established for my animals yet.

After getting told there was no availability at two other vet practices, I called here quite concerned about my bunny.

Before I shared details they let me know that wouldn’t have anything today, but found availability for me for the same day once I shared more about my bunny’s state.

I am so grateful they were able to do this especially knowing veterinary staffing is slim for many clinics lately.

She brushed off my gratitude with an assuring “this is what we’re here for! ”.

These are the types of people I want caring for my animals and I am so grateful for their kindness and accommodating me

Quick, kind, and accommodating. I called because of a concern and they got me in right away. We're very kind to my dog and I appreciated the service.

Wonderful place they took our puppy on when no other vets would except new people and they have been wonderful

Greenwood Animal hospital is great.

Their staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. They seem to always time their appointments so there aren’t too many pets in the waiting room which, as the owner of an anxious pet, is very nice.

The staff at Greenwood Animal Clinic seem to really care about you and your pets. They greet you kindly when you arrive. Most staff and vets take that extra few seconds to welcome your pet on their level with caring voices and a loving manner, which puts stressed pets at ease. Vets often do a quick follow-up phone call during or after treatments sent home with you to ensure all is going well. They are a bit pricey, especially for multiple pet homes and breeders, so don't expect a kennel discount here. However, they are knowledgeable and caring, and that's important. They handled the Covid crisis well, too.

This was Gizmos first time at this Vet clinic.
All of the staff including the Vet were so helpfull and knowledgeable. They really make you feel like part of the "Family"

This is my baby Shamrock! She just turned 16 yrs old on St. Patrick's Day! I adopted her through Caps and Janet and she is the love of my life! Now living in Newfoundland!

Most uncaring, unprofessional establishment I have dealt with. Called the emergency line at 2am because i have a senior insulin dependent dog that was declining fast. I was told your not a client we can't help you. Do better!

I love the vets at greenwood. Super friendly, quick for advise or if I need to be seen.
