Price gouging! Much higher prices are on your website than in store and it shouldn’t be like that if at the end of the order you guys still charge service fee and 25% more than the cart total. This shows pure greed and you guys have no shame. This is horrible...

The food that's 50% is already moldy along with some of the produce being sold at reg price! They need more bike racks at the other entrances. They do have a great international aisle!

Gateway is a saving grace! Literally! These days with everything costing so much more, very thankful Gateway is so close to home! Well worth a visit - best to go first thing in the morning or later in the evening to avoid lineups.

No one to help you when you need assistance. When you do find someone they just give you directions which didn’t help either. Customer service is really lacking
