Not sure what use a “primary care clinic” is when they cannot diagnose a male UTI, very stupid in my opinion.

I am a fairly patient person but when I submit a prescription a week in advance - show up to get it and then am met with “this was your last refill you can’t get it”. A medication I need daily, and have side effects of cutting it cold Turkey.
If it was my last refill that’s my bad, but a phone call can’t be made to let me know? My bottle usually has a little orange sticker saying this is your last refill. There’s nothing.
I now have to wait for them to fax my doctor IF SOMEONE REMEMBERS. I have been in this position twice and it is so frustrating. If this wasn’t my only choice for a pharmacy I’d be gone.
