Great service, Patrick is very friendly and it only took 2 days for him to fix my laptop screen

Very very poor experience. Called for my laptop repair and asked the cost of it and without telling me the cost he said expensive for me. I didn’t even tell him my budget or anything still he said that so such a bad experience and he talked in a very bad and loud tone.

He was able to fix my laptop which had multiple issues at an affordable price, and customer service was great!

Called to ask about the process for repairing my computer and the costs, and they were very rude. Seemed to think I wanted the diagnosis for free when I was just trying to ask about bringing it in. Don't live in the city so didn't want to just show up if it didn't sound like the computer was repairable. Lost a potential customer who didn't actually mind paying for the diagnosis.

Patrick is not a professional. I will not recommend him for anyone. Apart from the fact that he uses unprintable words to describe his clients, he does not know anything about laptops.

He also needs to change his "office space. " He uses his house for office, but the place smells badly. This is is the worst service I have ever received. He does not listen to clients. For the whole time with him, he kept stereotyping people of other races. To make matters worse, he did not fix my laptop. Yet, he wanted to charge for everything.

Great service and great sense of humor. Got the job done no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend him and his business.

Very fast service. My pc was fixed within a couple of hours. The work was transparent and reliable. I was able to see everything that was being done and understand what caused the problem. The prices were fair and I was given a student discount! Overall, this was the best service I ever got relating to computers and I would definitely use it again.

I had an issue with a brand new motherboard and CPU. Although they could not help with the damage on the motherboard (they informed me right off the bat when they saw the damage) they did try to help with the CPU, but the damage was too severe. They did give me some sound advice that allowed me to get replacement parts, and helped me getting my new rig up and running. Thank you very much.

Sometimes professional advice is just as valuable (if not more so) than actually physical help.

Brought in my windows laptop on short notice because I spilled coffee on it (️️️), and he was super accomodating, and super helpful! Inititally we thought the processor was toast, but managed to salvage my data (thank god) that wasnt on the SSD drive. Then later after Id left and paid, he calls back and says he replaced a coil, and the computer turned back on! Any other service would have stopped trying after business hours, or moved on from the project after being paid, but he didnt. I'm so grateful! He really knows his stuff and has knowledge that no one else in halifax does.

This is the worst place I visited. He even created more problems in laptop. When I visited it was just screen fault but he broke my screen more and the keypad also, he was just saying this is old but newone. You also can see the pic of my laptop. Dell black laptop.

Took my old Toshiba Laptop in when I started having video issues. It was determined that it was an overheating issue. The tech did a thorough removal of redundant and corrupting software. When he was done, the notebook was running much cooler, and obviously faster, and the video issue has been rectified. This companies service is strongly recommended.

Anthony was friendly and attentive. He was able to help me troubleshoot the problem with my PC as well as offered helpful advice for the future. He saved me lots of time, headache, and money with the extra attention to detail he possessed, highly recommended!

Just spoke to someone on the phone from this business regarding a cracked macbook screen. The man on the phone was SO HELPFUL! He suggested a work around that would save me a ton of money, and gave me excellent advice as to how to fix my problem and save money. One of the best places to take your laptops or electronics for repair. Had a flicker issue with my laptop, which Patrick fixed within the first few minutes of opening my laptop. Definitely also has the best rates in town and very professional.

Long story short, apple told me my laptop will never turn on again and I needed to pay $700 (more than the laptops value) to fix it. Patrick confirmed my laptop was fine and doesn’t need to replaced or fixed! Thank you for being professional and honest:)

Pat was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I spent 2 days trying to identify the source of my computer issues myself before going to him, and he was able to isolate the source of the problem within an hour. He also took the time to show me a bunch of helpful tools to monitor my equipment myself in the future. The cost was very reasonable.

Fast service great work and very friendly. Also kept me informed at all times on the progress of my laptop. Provided free cleaning at the end and sent me pictures along the time it took to complete the project. Definitely recommend.

I was having multiple problems with my laptop and the owner of the company was able to identify and fix the problems for me with ease. He was able to fix the laptop within a hour so I was able to leave with my laptop the same day I brought it into him. The service is great and the owner is passionate about working on computers which to me indicates great service which it was. It was also a pleasant experience and even though there was more than one problem to fix he was able to fix them with a smile the whole time. I highly recommend anyone to bring their device in if they're having problems with their computer or laptop. The prices are more than fair and the work is excellent all while being done in a fast and efficient manner!
