SO fast to respond. They answered the phone and my texts faster than any other business. It’s hard to find service like this in Nova Scotia. I really appreciate it as my partner speaks Arabic and is a newcomer. A lot of other driving schools don’t know how to support the needs of newcomers or work with language barriers but I think this school will be perfect for helping him. Looking forward to our sessions.

Great experience with Mr. Nitin! Was recommended to me by a friend and was not disappointed at all. Really nervous and not confident of my driving skill BEFORE I met one of the instructors of Halifax Driving School, Nitin. Nitin is lively, funny, enthusiastic, and so so patient with you when teaching you driving. Other teachers will be the same. Many of my friends have classes with them and all of them are happy with it. Switching from another driving school and never regret my decision of having class here. Even pass the test on the first try. REALLY RECOMMENDED AND TRUST ME, i am scared of scamming too but they are the best in Halifax and the cheapest price you can get for such a service! I even recommend my entire group of friends to learn driving here hehe

I passed my road test. I didn't have any driving experience and was a brand new driver. With Halifax Driving School, I took a full driving course, and they equipped me with defensive driving, which helped me to pass my test in spite of harsh weather. Minku Sharma and Noman are highly skilled instructors who went an extra mile to support and encourage me to get my driver’s license. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

I just got run off the road by hds driving school instructor.i assume she was the instructor as she was driving and no one else was in the car.warning do not let these instructors teach your children, if you value them.saving a few bucks is not worth it.i would given them no stars and a bunch of skulls if i could.

I had a great experience with the Halifax Driving School. Had an accident a few years ago and I just couldn’t drive for a while. After taking private lessons from Noman, I was able to sharpen my skills and I felt more assured behind the wheel. The instructor is reliable and very professional, I totally recommend it!

I took a lesson with guy. He provided me the car with bad alignment and was not even registered as an driving school had no brakes installed. I canceled my road test because i was scared driving that car. Please be careful everyone.

After I failed my initial road test in Bridgewater I though of engaging Halifax Driving School. I only did five hours of training with them and they gave me lessons that changed my life. Their instructor Norman Zafar is well experienced and he taught me all the tricks behind being a good driver. He was patient with me and guided me whenever I needed answers. My second attempt yielded good results as I was able to navigate all the challenges I faced during my first road test in Bridgwater. Now I have my licence and I highly recommend all potential drivers to work with the Halifax Driving School. My wife has also started working with HDS. In addition, they are time conscious, respectful, and their rates are the best in town. THANK YOU HALIFAX DRIVING SCHOOL!

The best teachers I ever had. Everyone is so down to earth and they treat you like family. They teach you the tricks that you can’t learn anywhere else. The prices are very reasonable. This is something I would like to comment on. I know them for quite a long time since I started driving here in Halifax. I learnt a lot of driving skills from the experienced team they have. I already had good driving skills from back home but learning driving in a new country was always a challenge. But I did pretty well with them and cleared the exam in the first attempt.
Great service, amazing people, competitive price and overall a wonderful experience. Five stars
