Very pleased with the work done by the installers on my heat pump last week. Kyle and Austin are hard working and experienced and work out any issues you might have!

What an insulting ad you're running on News Talk radio, really? Is that what you think of your customers? And you couldn't even get a "local", and you had to use someone who does an absolutely HORRIBLE fake accent! I would never use a business with such a poor sense of decency!

We had three heat pumps installed and wow! The difference in the humidity in our home was instantaneous! Matt and the whole crew were fantastic, professional, and friendly. They also took the time to show us how to use the heat pumps, choose ideal settings, and made us feel like family. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Eric and his team installed our heat pump back in October 2020. In March 2022, and also October 2023, I scheduled heat pump cleaning with them. Even though different technicians came each time, they've all been so professional, pleasant, polite and clean. They don't leave a mess after they leave. We've been so happy with the team.

I cannot say enough good things about Halifax Heat Pumps and Electrical.

I just converted from oil, and installed an electric boiler as well as a heat pump system. I needed the oil tank removed, and the new system installed very quickly (for insurance reasons), and Eric was able to move the schedule around to squeeze me in within a week, and the work was completely turn key - the team safely removed the old oil tank, and my old furnace as part of the install.

I was also impressed because I had very little space on my outside walls for a mini split head (because I have a lot of windows), and when quoted by another company, they tried to sell me 4 floor units - basically one head on the main floor, and then one head in each bedroom! When Eric from Halifax Heat Pumps came into my house, it took him about 5 minutes to figure out where/how to install a mini split head on an inside wall (for the main floor), and instead of 3 units on the upper level (one in each bedroom), he suggested a ducted attic unit. It was like he literally made the impossible, possible! He was very knowledgeable of all the government rebates etc.

The guys who came to do the install were very professional, and cleaned up before they left etc.

Overall - I would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone looking. Thanks Eric for everything!

Austin from Halifax heat pump did a fantastic job on my recent heat pump installation and Matt & Jennifer were amazing to work with behind the scenes. I suggested a system that I thought would work best however they informed me that i wouldn’t be happy with it and went with their advice on a totally different type of system and Im so happy that i did, actually the whole family is!
I would recommend giving them a call.

Very good experience working with Eric, who came for the quote, and then Kevin and Austin who installed the bathroom fans. They were all very professional, showed up on time and did great work. Kevin even fixed my crooked steps on my deck!
