Halifax Kubota

Brutal dealer. Went in and tried to buy a Toro snow blower and they never called me back. Then I tried online and literally would've taken any deal only to have them try and shake me down for a cash payment.

Basically had been waiting since September to drop off my snow blower to get repaired. During my several attempts to call One lady agent told me they only serviced snow blowers in October, the next lady said no that's incorrect its Novemeber (felt rushed off the phone) and when I finally called back in November they refused to service my snow blower because it didn't come from them. At this point i'm a little miffed that somone didnt take two seconds to elude to that sooner although the last gent who answered told me where I could go. This is also not clear on the Toro website as it indicates you service them. Here I am trying to be proactive and all this time I could have gone somewhere else that would have taken me any time. Not amused folks

Over the past 14 months I've been to Halifax Kubota on several occasions. I've purchased my Kubota BX2380 with lots of add ons. I've also purchased several chainsaws and brush cutters from them and am now in the process of getting a zero turn mower.

All of this should explain the great customer service I've received from Ron, Brandy, Lisa, and Ken. I've not had a bad interaction with any member of the team.

I took my B2601 for a full maintenance prior to moving it to new property. Paid over $800
First day using it I had two leaks from nuts that were not retightened. Low high lever is still very hard to move. I thought for $800 plus they would have given it a full check over. I forgot about the lever being hard to move and did not mention it. If they gave it a full maintenance they would have discovered that.

I bought a 48 inch Kubota Zero Track Kommander mower just a couple years ago. It has 120 hours on it and is not running properly. Completely unusable at the moment. I call Kubota, not 20 minutes away, and they have no way to bring it in for service. I have to deliver it and pick it up myself. It doesn't fit in my car. That's not the customer service I expect when I buy a new Kubota and seek service from the place I bought it new.

They were able to talk a very confused customer though getting exactly what I wanted.
