My dog seems to love going there. Last time while I was trying to pick her up she wanted to stay with the technicians. Her teeth are in great shape because of the good care she receives at happy tails.

Great nail trim done in minutes with just a swaddle on my guy who was terrified and needed oral sedation at the vet and 3 people to do it. He was even better the second time. Highly recommend for any dog that is highly stressed with nail trims.

I brought both of my dogs to this establishment for the first time. I reached out via email and got a quick response setting up an appointment, which was confirmed by text. My Pomeranian is 4 years old and had never had dental work and embarrassingly I do not brush my dogs teeth. She is a good chewer and no concerns from the vet but the plaque was starting to accumulate. Her teeth were beautiful afterwards!

She was the test subject. After seeing the results, I brought my senior dog who only has 17 teeth and has only ever had expensive vet cleanings. I was worried how he would react being older and more neurotic. His teeth were a lot more coated even though he'd had dental work 1 year ago (versus my 4 year old pup that never had dental work and they have the same diet). He whined and complained during the procedure, as expected, but the results were fantastic! I am thankful to have found such a solution, I'm sold! I'm confident now that the vet won't be quoting me expensive dental work when I take him in for his annual shots and hopefully he won't need to lose any more teeth!

I was blown away by the results of my two dogs teeth after the cleanings! The owner and staff clearly care very much about their doggie clients, the spa is a very welcoming space and great for anxious dogs. The owner is very skilled, gentle and fast, I could not be happier with this experience. I recommend Happy Tails to all my friends and family!

This is our third year going to Happy Tails- and if I can give more than 5 stars I would, we are so satisfied how white and clean our Ella’s teeth are. We live in the lower mainland and was willing to travel all the way to Victoria just to get Ella’s teeth cleaned. We tried two places in Vancouver and they cannot do the same service I get from Happy Tails- thank you so much Cheyanne

A neighbor/friend told me about this place. Strangely never heard of it but so glad I have now. I am BEYOND impressed with everything about this place.

Safe, affordable, gentle and very knowledgeable staff. They were super kind and understanding when it came to my overprotective behavior with my derpy Duke and all my helicopter parent questions and concerns It was the best experience we've had. She was so good with derpy Duke. Im shocked. No whimpers, no whining, no trying to run away to find mum (I was in waiting room and was watching through the glass door) She got ALL his teeth done too! Gahhhh!

My derp is not fond of his crates and would bust out every single time looking for mum. So we stopped closing the crate door because I was worried about his teeth (we have a pet cam now when we leave and he is so good) She examined him before the cleaning and informed me of a few chipped teeth. She felt like it was safe to proceed and I am so glad she did. He had his annual check up and booster shots the next day. His most favorite person ever (vet) was SO proud of his gorgeous little teefys Best decision ever! And no anesthesia Wooooo!
My dog suffers from separation anxiety and is allergic to the world lol (pretty much anyways - the entire outdoors and chicken lol) He has whats referred to as environmental skin allergies. He suffers quite significantly and is on meds once a day for the rest of his life (get pet insurance:) ) Did I mention he is 80-85 pounds and ridiculously strong? Lol no match for these ladies. They were incredible in ALL of the ways

Fantastic experience. They treated my doggo super nice and got her teeth gorgeous. Will 100000% recommend and will be back yearly.

I would prefer to get my teeth cleaned here) They asked about our dog and what she was like, explained the process and told me I could wait or come back in 15 minutes. Our dog, who can be a bit jitterish, did great. Her breath is as good as mine now) Seriously this will be a regular for us now.

The best of the best, Cheyanne is so kind and my dog responds to her so well. Thankful for her services, and recommend to everyone who has a pet!

I am very impressed with Happy Tails Teeth Cleaning. Cheyanne is very skilled at handling my 2 little dogs, and they are a handful! They are both seniors and reluctant to have anything done to them. But Cheyanne puts them at ease and is able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Happy Tails to all dog owners.
