Harmony Bed & Breakfast

Very nice room. Great location. The proprietors are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Heather and Attie (pronounced Ottie) were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in room 2, the shower is on the small size, which for my wife and I was not an issue but for some people it would be a bit tight.

Breakfast was good, and coffee was great. They have been doing this for a while and it shows in their attention to detail.

This was our first and won’t be the last B&B experience. Rooms have a lock on them and their entrance door also has a lock and they said some people question why? Our question is why wouldn’t you want locks on the doors.

My only suggestion would be to have a power bar in the room for charging electronics. My wife and I each have an iPhone, ipad and Apple Watch so charging can be an issue, but we made out okay as we just unplugged the hair dryer and used that outlet.they are right on the harbour and we had an excellent view of the harbour.

When we come back to Digby we will definitely stay here again.

Great location and staff were very nice when we arrived. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Unfortunately I am not happy to do this, we are a couple in our late 50's been to the harmony several times on vacation the room is always clean and overall experience is always pleasant but unfortunately the owners, mostly the husband seems to believe he can be intrusive especially when he was asked to not enter our room because we don't require any service other than our continental breakfast and toilet paper, we politely asked for nothing else to be done, we left, came back 2 hours later, our bed was made, everything was cleaned and moved, I had left my lingerie on the bed and they even picked that up and put it behind the pillow, how embarrassing, I mean really, what if I had toys in the bed, absolutely unacceptable behavior and quite disturbing and out of line. Unfortunately, because this was brought to their attention on the visit in July and again happened in October, we will not be returning, I suggest in the future, when your guests request no service to adhere to their requests. Lovely, gracious hosts, wonderful breakfast. Location is great, walkable to restaurants, right across from the bay. Lovely gardens, super clean, superior bed! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean room for a very good price, came with a continental breakfast you could have in your room which was quite nice. Management was very helpful and answered any questions we had about the town. If you’re dining at local restaurants, be sure to make reservations if it’s a busy time of year.

Over doesn't want people hanging around and doesn't like bikers. Very poor attitude

Harmony B&B has an excellent location walkable to numerous restaurants in the scallop capital of the world (Digby). As well the old house, they have a modern small motor lodge in the rear. We were in the house. The Owners are originally from South Africa and are very friendly, good conversationalists, and knowledgeable about local details. We enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tight and small, but served its purpose.

If you are staying Digby, don't miss this place! Amazing stay, clean, comfy, quiet. Host is super nice and took care of everything. Location is great, right across the waterfront and minutes walk to all the shops/restaurants.

Probablement le pire propriétaire têtu de Digby. Il voulait nous charger 2 chambres au lieu d’une seule parce qu’on était 3 personnes (mon fils de 14 ans nous accompagnait et dormait sur un matelas gonflable). J’ai même offert un dédommagement pour la personne « d’extra ». Rien à faire.

Excellent service, excellent breakfast. The atmosphere The hosts Heather and Atti were charming and especially welcoming, helped us with everything we asked for above and beyond. We chose a small room but had everything we wanted including a fridge. Convenient and sufficient parking for all guests.highly recommend.

Recommended highly. Host very friendly and helpful. Room spacious with private bathroom. Breakfast included fruit, eggs, bacon, and sauage. I would definitely rebook when back in the area.

The location was amazing, but the owner was very rude and aggressive. Did not seem happy to have a young couple stay for a weekend and was very upset whenever we came back to the B&B. I do not recommend this place

Firstly, the owners are the most friendly, accommodating, and welcoming you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. Secondly, the accommodations are second to none. Clean, rustic, and extremely comfortable; you'll never regret booking here. They are near all the restaurants and right next to the most breathtaking view of the bay. If you are in the mood for a great time and even better hosts with a heart for helping and being decent people. This is the place for you! 5 stars! No regrets! It was just an awesome time!

We loved Digby and Harmony was wonderful accomodation, with lots of space, great location and we were extremely well looked after, could not fault it.

Stayed there for a night. The owner is really nice and prepared everything. Typical small town family owned hotel. The room is big and clean with ensuite bathroom. It is well maintained the heater is extra strong. Great parking spots as well. And the whole building is smoking free which is also nice. As a family business overall is good. Only downside is the breakfast, not hot served but prepared in the room instead.
