Such a bad experience no toppings food is so cold made me hate Harvey’s I asked for all toppings nothing other than tomato nd onion and so dry. Never coming back

Not only the food but also the stuff and service we’re above the expectation.cnnt wait to return.

Ordered a burger and frings 16.00, there were two onion rings in the frings box …. A lot of money for fast food and I won’t be back

This was my first time ordering harveys—my sister recommended to me— and it was perfect.i ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and i had the option to add NINE sauces and wanted to play it safe, so i went with the chipotle sauce and hot sauce and it was divine.the chicken was fresh and juicy and i 100% recommend getting it.don’t be afraid to add more sauces.thank you harveys; my high was superb with this meal

Service was great, very friendly considering how busy it was. The young lady still kelpt a smile. But the place needs a good scrubbing, it was border line disgusting.

Use to really like Harveys, but the last few times at this location were awful.
Poutine was not fresh the last 2 times (fries seemed old and stale) and I ordered a beef burger and they gave me a breaded chicken burger drenched in some type of hot sauce. I called and they said they put my name in credit book, but I am definitely hesitant to go back there even if it's free.

I picked up my online order and there was nothing in salad except lettuce. Waste of money worst service.

Absolutely disgusted with what I overheard a manager say to an elderly customer. An elderly gentleman asked a question to a manager at the counter. The manager responded "there is a sign over there, can't you read" horrible treatment to a customer, the gentleman was upset and angry. The managers response, leave the store or we call the police. I was so takin a back by this treatment that I will not use this store again.shame on you Harvey's!

Wait in the drivethru longer then would prefer. Burger and onion rings were fresh and hot but fries were cold and not very good

This is a large $10 plus tax poutine. I opened the box and i can literally see the bottom. This is not even medium. People ask large because they are hungry. Guys have to take care. Really disappointed.

Take out dinners, however only galf was there when I got home. After another call and another drive order was repaired. Remainder of order was cold but the time I got back. The hostess although not rude was not friendly

Management has reached out and made apologies. When I go back next i will change ny review if there is an improvement

Food was e aptly what we wanted, all ingredients were fresh. Customer service was excellent with the staff on shift.

Second time order was wrong. All printed out nicely and correct on receipt but they put things on my burger I can't eat. So annoying to spend 30$ for 2 burgers and fries then not be able to eat it. Hire people who can read the orders correctly. I understand it's fast food but please do better!

My veggie burger was made to my perfection! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a burger I enjoyed so much. The staff was extremely friendly, and my pick up order was made in time. Such a good experience I would definitely be back:)

It's been a number of years since I've enjoyed a Harvey's hamburger so I was pleased to have one once more at the combined Harveys and Swiss Chalet outlet here in Dartmouth. Their popularity was evident by the crowd, which also caused the only hiccup in the experience, that being by the time we got our burgers they weren't as hot as they could have been. The choice to always give the customer what they want on their burger also is a trademark of the brand, one that adds to the overall excellent atmosphere. Highly recommended spot!

I visited Harvey's for the first time and it was very clean, with a great atmosphere. The only reason that I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the food I had, which was their poutine with bacon. The gravy left little to be desired. It's obviously from a can, the kind that's shipped in large cans. They do have a large menu, so I may do another review after I check out more of their food. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

Been twice, so, can only speak from that. One time I had a coupon printed from the website & it took the staff member over ten minutes to figure out what to do with it. When I got my order the free item the coupon was for was not included so she clearly just gave up and stopped trying and hoped I wouldn't notice. The lettuce was brown both times I went & service very slow.
