Harvey's

Service was very quick. My food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and welcoming.

I really like their service and the food was on time. I ordered a veggie combo for myself and the food was really cooked well and hot. In a combo it was a poutine and they served with fresh crispy fries with cheese curds and a hot gravy on it. Dine area is also clean. Their staff service is also very friendly.

Harvey's is my favorite fast food joint in Canada but this one I definitely worst I've been to. Very rude staff and nobody ever answers drive thur speaker for me

Best place in new minas, their food quality is best, you can eat in peace I go there all the time

Cook was a woman. She was checking the temp of the food before taking it off the grill but was using the same thermometer for beef, chicken and hotdogs. That's not food safe practices. Also their was so much trash it was disgusting. We are done with both this Swiss Chalet and the Harvies.

Ot was my first time an I and the cashier an girl I heard called Erin an another worker I heard called Dustin made my experience great Erin recommended chicken nuggets an while I was waiting Dustin an Erin made me feel like I was wanted there an did everything to make me feel comfortable the nuggets were amazing the around thank you Dustin an Erin I will definitely be back.

The Worst experience ever. They don't know how to treat customer.
So unhygiec, they made food in a dirty way without wearing gloves.

PLEASE DON'T GO THERE. SAVE YOUR LIFE.

I went to that location first the girl who was working there who served me at that location she was in hurry and i said to customize then she just onion and closed the lid and threw the poutine towards me. I didn’t like the service and it’s not my first time experience, every time when i go i always get the worst service. I am not gonna recommend this Harvey’s Location to any of my
friend. Even she was not wearing gloves and hairnet she is tying her hairs and from the same hand she is put burger patty to the machine. When asked other employees why she is not wearing hairnet and all the other 2 girls working there we’re trying to defend her.
At the last she said she is not here to serve stupid people like you. That’s not my first worst experience
Every time i go there its the same. I specially went to that Harvey as its closer to me. I need strict action now its not how you treat you customers.

When we went in, the staff was busy but they handled everything in a professional manner! The food was hot and delicious, the staff friendly. In these hard times, the staff that was on May 5th at 6: 30ish was top notch. The cook needs a raise keeping everything straight! They all do. A+

Well I don't even know where to begin. The manager was yelling at staff members in front of 6 other customers, I was in there 10 minutes she did it 3 times.holey unprofessional.
And yes the service was also a joke

Tried to give Harvey's another shot. If an establishment is closed for dine in, put a sign on the door, the window, anywhere really would have worked. Not everyone likes drive thru or even has a vehicle to participate In a drive thru.
I would not have even come to this location if they were only doing drive thru. Waste of time.
Another let down.

Food is good, but wish they were wearing masks. One visit their dining room was closed and we ordered online and went in to pick it up, but instead had to wait half an hour for our cold food. The employees need training, cashiers aren't friendly at all and the grill person is unsanitary. Unfortunately after 3 chances, we cannot come back to this location even though Harvey's is our favourite.

I honestly didn't even want to give this place any stars at all, my experience was that horrible. I can't believe you still have this place as a legit establishment.some short lady with bangs yelled at my kid for "being too loud" and my food tasted like a shoe.the meat was partially raw and I found a bug in my drink.never coming here again

Got frings and a junior burger. When I got home (less than 5 minutes) fries were cold and over cooked. Burger was "stone cold" only the onion rings were warm.
Very disappointing.

Website says open at 11 a.m. Got there today and there were no posted hours, but someone inside said they open at Noon.

Pretty hard to buy anything when they can't stay open closed at 830 on Wednesday evening.pathetic

Wow! I made an online order on Sunday October 16 to pick up. When I got to Harvey's, it turned out they had closed early at 4pm! So I thought that the charges wouldn't go through, as they still showed as pending on my credit card. But I was wrong!
Just got charged the full amount today even though they were closed and I couldn't get my order! Ridiculous! And because there is no way to get in touch by phone, I'll just have to call my credit card company to dispute it. So annoying!

25 minutes in line! Seemed like the staff just wasn't trying, example.the girl just plopped a pile of Taziki sauce on my bun and never bothered to spread it around

Very slow, waited about 20 minutes for two burger combos. Restaurant was unclean. Staff made numerous mistakes on other orders while we waited. Seems to be very understaffed. Do not recommend.

Disorganized on the harveys side. Burgers were done and had to wait quite awhile for onion rings and poutine. Staff needs better direction and stay on each order.no day dreaming allowed while my burger sits and gets cold waiting for other items ordered.

Used to love going here but after the service I got today I don't think I'll be back. I order ahead online so I wouldn't have to wait, I went in the drive thru and they said to pull up to spot 1 so I wouldn't have to wait for everyone in the drive thru, I did and waited 35min and no one came out with my food. So I went in and asked where my order was, the cashier rolled her eyes at me said were short staffed and it's not ready yet. I had to stand there and wait another 10 minutes.she threw my cup at the pop machine and said "here's your cup! " and stomped off, no sorry, nothing. In total I waited over 50min from the time I order to the time I got my food! And it was all wrong! The pop machine was broken, no ice and the pop wasn't fizzy and it was all warm and tasted horrible, we had to through it out! Worst service I have ever received at this restaurant. I would contact the owner and tell them if I could. - they contacted me and said they will retrain there staff and offered me a gift card and apologized for the bad service I received.very good service the next time we went in.

Stopped at Harvey's on my home tonight for a quick supper, I got the crispy chicken with the everything toppings for it and some deep fried pickles the pickles were to die for! The crispy chicken was fresh and juicy

Super nice and friendly staff, I went to order the poutine was told they were currently out but made sure to let me know when it would be available! My first poutine there tried it and it was amazing, superb flavour not all soggy and mushy like other fast food place went back and got a large.

Got got fries instead of poutine and no forks had to go ask. No napkins. I ordered gravy with my Swiss Chalet meal and got the Chalet sauce instead.

The poutine fries were not very edible. But the burger was good and I like that you can customize it.

Amazing burger! First time here and will definitely be returning. Server was friendly even with me not knowing what to order aha. The fries are decent as all fries should be, but that b u r g e r. Smokey, beefy goodness!

The food is good. However, the table we sat at was dirty and sticky. The floor was also very sticky at least halfway to the door. You could hear our footwear sticking with each step we took.

Good food but a little slow to come out especially when ordering Swiss Chalet from the Harvey's side.

Love the food but the staff need to know that they don't wear gloves to protect themselves. The young man that waited on us rang us in with gloves on then put the gloves in the food (no tongs in site) then picked up the fry scoop with same gloves and then waited on next customer with same gloves!

They need more staff at this location. Took 15 mins to get food but they were trying their best, just only 2 of them
