I love going to Kayla for massages! She's so welcoming and comforting and always keeps in touch to make sure you're comfortable! Wonderful experience and I love the old structure of the house too!

17,000 Stars to Hawthorne clinic! I was injured at work and they accommodated me and the times that I am off work! Pam, the front desk admin is very welcoming once you walk into that door! The physiotherapist, and the chiropractor.sweethearts! I would recommend this place to you with no hesitation!

Bright, clean, cozy atmosphere. Warm welcoming reception. Have had several treatments. The massage therapist asked specific questions relating to my physical condition. I was able to describe "aches and pains". Directed deep tissue massage was confirmation that I was heard and reflective of the expertise of the therapist. I has consistently left feeling my needs were being addressed. Thanks!

The massage therapist I saw Sarah is competent and friendly, however I'm leaving due to the admin. The first flag was admin expressing their frustration at the desk about the extra clients the RMT brought with them making it more difficult to schedule, which was unprofessional. The line was crossed when after waiting almost 4 weeks for my massage apt, a message was left saying my apt was switched to a different time and with a different practitioner. I wasn't consulted.

I can not say enough good things about Hawthorn Clinic and Krystal. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy and the staff were amazing at finding something that worked with my schedule. Krystal as a massage therapist is a WIZARD! I have been struggling with an acute injury causing extreme pain in my neck and upper back for the last 2-3 weeks. Krystal was able to address this and walking out of my appointment I am PAIN FREE. I know this may not be the final solution which is why I have a follow up appointment booked but with that being said, Krystal was patient and attentive making sure before she started any treatment she was fully aware what the issues were. She regularly checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good and not too intense, and at the end made recommendations about stretches I could do on my own to assist with the muscle fatigue from work. I can't say how grateful I am to Krystal for her knowledge and expertise. I certainly can't recommend Hawthorn Clinic enough and would absolutely recommend Krystal as a massage therapist.
