Had dealt with one of the male employees, all was good at first. Bought extra warranty “ good to the tires” drove the car for a month and could not use it since, warranty did not cover anything.
Hayden auto sent me in two parts to put on the car. The parts turned out to be second hand and for the wrong vehicle type.
Now I am left with a car unusable and over $2000 bill. Plus the need for removal of the wrong part and replacement of said part.
Will not return calls now I am trying to get it figured out.
I’d stay away, and find another dealership to avail of.

I gave them a month to get back to my many calls and many voicemails, but they don't care about old business.

I'd give a 0/5 if I could, considering they literally stole my belongings. This will be lengthy, but for those who are in desperate need of a vehicle like I was and considering Hayden, I strongly, strongly recommend don't.

I'll start with saying that a couple people can't hold the entire dealership accountable, and that "One bad apple spoils the bunch".
So lets begin, shall we.

Firstly, there will be things that aren't disclosed in order for them to close that sale, as it may lead to an altered choice.
My issues at the time of arrival (which I will say, the 2 guys who dropped it off were polite and personable. They didnt know much about the car itself, as I was told the wrong year of the car, but they were good guys)
1. Back passenger window didn't work at all, and the other back window gave out shortly after. 2. The sunroof never worked properly as you would have to force it to close. 3. A loud ticking noise was heard in the engine (which I assume lead to other disruptions; but that's just an assumption) 4. Passenger side speakers didn't have a scratch of sound at all, which I had to fix myself $. 5. The car battery died shortly after and had to be replaced (which didn't solve any of the issues mentioned) 6. I had to put her in the garage not even a month after I got it, spent $600 (at a discount by buying the parts online) 7. There was no second key, that of which leads into the next issue.

After I called the girl who I dealt with (whom I will not name here publicly for her sake, but can provide) to ask about the key, she had told me that the key is on the way in the mail. Fast forward 12 months to the point were I finally needed that 2nd key as my other one got "misplaced", after having multiple attempts of trying to get any info on this "mailed key". I called to speak to the manager (whom I will also not name here publicly for his sake) who told me that without proof of voice recordings or the texts telling me that I had a key on the way, there was nothing they were WILLING (not able) to do. (This ridiculous process might just be a requirement in their system, so I will also put that here as a possibility)

This spiraled into hell after having to put an extra $600 in getting a key cut and programmed & everything (on top of the ~$5,000+ I had to put into the car to keep it able to pass an inspection) to which I received it back from the garage with a massive bubble on the passenger tire and a bend in the wheel itself. (Not dumping on the local garage too, mistakes happen)
This lead to the car being over-worn as I was already unnecessarily broke from everything that should've been 1000% covered, and reached the point where the starter gave out.

As shameful as it is to say here, Hayden Auto's negligence ultimately threw me into this BANKRUPTCY that I'm currently in, as I was not able to afford paying $400 a month for a non functioning vehicle, when BOTH of my sources of income relied heavily on transportation; bankruptcy, or consumer proposal were my only 2 possible options here as there wasn't a shred of coverage, intent to help or care at all.
And it gets worse.

After being ignored for months after filing for the forfeit of the car, no returned calls, no response to my voice-mails, NEVER an answer to my many calls, etc. I was waiting and waiting to hear back from somebody on when they'd be in to take the car. (As I was assured, twice, that I would have somebody reach out to coordinate the pick-up. Nobody ever did)
There was nothing I signed from Hayden as I was told that would be in person.

After around 5 or 6 months, I come home from walking home from work to find that it was just gone. Along with bags of my belongings that were in the trunk (again, I was assured initially in the filing that somebody would reach out to COORDINATE the retrieval so I could ensure the car was empty. It was not)

Never use Hayden.

Awesome experience, they made the entire process super easy & I was able to get my car within 2 days!
It was my first time financing & they were able to flawlessly explain what that meant and got me a great interest rate.
I would 100% recommend Hayden Auto if you’re looking for a solid used car.

Ryan and John definitely helped me out big time. Wasn’t looking for anything too expensive and they were able to find me a super nice car that fit within my budget. It was my first time financing and they understood, so they were really helpful and patient while I tried to figure everything out, and got me a great interest rate too. Thanks guys

We are so Happy with our GMC truck Ryan and James have been there through ot all for us.we had our trip from prince edward island covered by this company.we have had a great experience so far and am waiting on our new tires which they have ordered for our truck.very happy with the customer service.highly recommend them

Masters of the scam. Absolutely no care beyond compulsory fake "offers" of refinance ability then they don't even get it started 5 calls in. My own stupidity for getting stuck in the absolute worst rate of all time but now getting annoyed by their "attempts" to get me to refinance. ENDLESS PHONE TAG and telling me to call back and call this and that person only for Cheryl and Abel to bounce me back and forth between sales and financing probably laughing every time they hang up. CONTACTED ME to start then leaving it up to me to catch the right person who never seems to exist or want to help. Could literally feel them taking fake notes as I panic explained my situation near the end of a day. My own fault right. These people do not care and honestly never made any promises so it's my fault for answering their rip off ad getting stuck

Are impossible to contact, unpleasant to deal with and sold me a complete lemon. As far as I’m concerned if I could sue them I would. DO NOT get a car from this place. My car has a broken exhaust, transmission issues (from day one that they refuse to fix). It never should have passed inspection. If you call them you’ll never get answered and if you do it’ll be rude an unhelpful. Scam artists is all they are.

JOHN A HAYDEN SOLD ME A TRUCK THAT HAD A BAD MOTOR, HE SPENDS 4 MONTHS BRINGING IT TO EVERY CHEAP GARAGE HE CAN TO HAVE IT FIXED AND NOW IS NOT ANSWERING ME OR GIVING ME MY TRUCK OR MONEY BACK. THIS MAN IS A LOW LIFE

What is in desperate need of a new vehicle, very fast, an amazing service. Customer service was amazing. Delivered to my home. Three hours away. It doesn’t get better than that.

Beware fairstone auto finance when trying to retrieve your account number. I guess it's common practice for Hayden to give fairstone a false email address which prevents fairstone from sending your loan account information to you resulting in your inability to pay off your loan.this is according to one of their salesperson
