Henderson Electrical was recommended to us by our contractor and we were not disappointed. They responded to our request for a quote on installing a generator panel very quickly and were able to set up a time for installation in the same week. It just happened to be a day before Hurricane Lee and a power outage.

Michael and Brendon did our installation and were very professional and easy to work with. Michael took the time to explain everything and show us how to use our new panel. He even answered some questions that we had about our new generator.

We will definitely be using their services in the future.

Purchased a Generlink for my house due to the increasing frequency of power outages. Today, during a power outage I wheeled out the generator, filled it full of gas and tried to connect it to my new generlink for the first time. The cable left for me with the manuals that were thrown into my basement by the 2 unfriendly electricians (there was no training or instruction provided on how to use the generlink) had 4 prongs and my generator has 3. This means I cannot use the expensive generlink I purchased from Henderson and will likely be throwing out another fridge full of food.
Waste of time, waste of money, unfriendly electricians who provided no instructions on how to use the equipment they installed.
Would not use again or reccommend.

We needed our meter raised. They were very professional, on time and clean. My dishwasher didn’t come back on when the power was restored. They returned and fixed my panel free of charge. Great experience.

The team we had service our house were friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. They worked quickly and seemed to have good communication, which is exactly what you want to hear when such a service is being upgraded. I emailed Henderson Electrical late on a Thursday night when we were unable to get our new hot water tank to heat up. First thing the next morning, they called us back and arranged to squeeze us in before the day's scheduled jobs. They were prompt and extremely efficient. The problem was diagnosed and solved within 30 minutes. Excellent service!

Stefan and Stefan were a great team. I have never seen two guys work together so effectively and efficiently. The work went very smooth with the installation of the three baseboard heaters and they cleaned up their mess before they left. I especially liked it when short Stefan was asking my suggestion for thermostat placement and when I suggested a spot he told me that it wouldn’t work there and he suggested the spot where it should go and the reason why it should go there.
I am very happy with the finished product and for sure would recommend your business and these two guys for any electrical work a person might need.

Our mast head was broken due to the hurricane. The electrician came out the next day to look at it and then repaired it the following day. He was very professional and competent and this prompt service allowed us to have our power restored. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Henderson Electrical on many occasions for everything from a simple light fixture and plug relocation in my old house followed by a moderate job of installing pot lights in the same house, to a complete redo of condo lighting and electrical fixtures. They are always great to deal with, and very responsive pre-pandemic and most importantly when other contractors are swamped and overwhelmed due to pandemic issues, they are still operating with the same efficient professionalism that I have come to expect of them. Installed a new circuit for a swimming pool heater. The guys were professional and very courteous. Any drilling trough floors or walls that was necessary was checked with me first to ensure that it was what I wanted. I would definitely say they performed according to the "customer is always right" motto. I would definitely recommend them, and if I need any electrical work in the future will call them first.

Recently used Henderson Electric to install pot lights, baseboard heaters and Stereo cable throughout my house. Evan was quick to answer my initial call and came for a onsite assessment the same day I contacted him. 3 days later his crew was on site and right to work. Jason and Gavin were professional, respectful and performed their work with detail and care. They also fully cleaned up after themselves. These guys were great to deal with, diagnosed 2 bad thermostats which were a poor quality and installed by a different company when we had our service upgrade last year, also fixed a wiring mistake which had also been made at the same time which caused our entry way light to not work as intended, they cleaned up after themselves which is a hard thing to find at least with most electricians that I've dealt with, they were fast and the bill was very reasonable, will definitely be using them for any and all of my electrical needs.

We had the power to our home cut after the ice storm when a tree fell on our power lines. Henderson Electric was excellent to work with, and coordinated everything with NSP so that we had our power restored within hours of contacting them. It was a huge relief. Professional and courteous staff, I can’t say enough good things about them.

We were changing kitchen outlets in the house and then the electric box seemed to be overloaded as the power kept going off or acting funky. Evan was very helpful when we called after hours and he took time of his night to walk us through measuring the power with a multimeter over the phone which he then advised that the issue was outside of our house. We called NS Power and he was in fact right! Can’t thank him enough for helping us!

Installed new 120 vac power feed for in floor heating. Very efficient team. Very courteous. I was very pleased with their work.
