Helpful staff. Always satisfied with the product, selection, employees assistance etc. Got a great Angelbird Technologies SD card last time. They've always got whatever I need.

I travelled from out of town to check out their fine art rag photo paper so I can make prints of my illustrations.
I got immediate help and the gentleman who helped me (I think it’s Robert?) was really knowledgeable AND he gave me a little paper sampler to bring home so I could better decide what kind I want to purchase next time. He wasn’t put off by me looking to print non-photos either, just super stellar advice and service. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in photography or printing photos/artwork.

Called on the phone to ask about a printer shipment. He was very courteous and explained it wasn't in yet. He even called to confirm they hadn't received it on the day I called, and when the next shipment was due so I could check in again! 10/10 customer service.

Got my passport photo taken here, it came out wih terrible quality though, reluctant to even use these tbh. I wish the dude would have taken a couple of em or even asked me first whether it looked fine.

Great spot for baby passport photos. We were in and out in 10 minutes which was great as we had a 4 month old with us. Great photos and they guarantee that Service Canada will accept them, and if not they’ll retake for free. Will recommend to any mom friends!

Excellent customer service and advice. Certainly did not try to sell me anything I wasn’t asking for which I appreciate. Phil has excellent customer service skills and I felt I was treated fairly on price with trade in lens. I am glad we have this camera store in our area.

Had a very sticky issue with a visa photograph that Roby was able to resolve for us, he went above and beyond! So thankful! Incredible service!

The only reason I gave 2 stars because they were open on weekend and I could take pictures, but the quality of picture was not good and even they did not bother to put a small mirror for clients to prepare themselves before taking pics instead ask clients to use the washroom mirror! Honestly how much will cost a mirror? Clients need dignity!

I had a wonderful experience at this Henry's location. My camera broke and I needed to get a replacement before an upcoming trip. There were only two remaining at their Toronto warehouse, so Andrew and the rest of the team at Henry's provided exceptional service in helping get this camera to me seamlessly.

They also promptly answered all of my (exhaustive) questions. I genuinely appreciate their help and highly recommend this store.

I was there a few weeks ago during a weekend. The person who assisted me, although kind, seemed to have rolled out of bed and walked straight to work. He was rubbing his eyes and did not seemed to have brushed his teeth; I could smell his breath from the other side of the counter.

The other three employees spent their time hanging out behind the counter laughing at a gentleman who came to try a lens. He had some trouble focusing the lens and the moment he left they immediately started talking about how “every day, there is one”. From the rest of their conversation, presumably, “one” customer buying something beyond their knowledge, which frankly is none of their business.

Everyone needs to start somewhere in building a new skill. Further, hobbiest must be an important source of income which supports their salary. They thought they were acting cool, but I would say they were incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Poor service. Walked into purchase photo gifts, that they “do not have” yet have a display with prices.more worried about talking amongst themselves then providing customer service. Won’t be back.

I bought a 55mm lens in an online sale. Initially was refunded and told the lens was sold out. Marco at the Halifax store went way beyond expectations and honoured the discounted deal on another lens. Reputable people doing good business.

I had a problem with my lens that I had bought a bit more then a month ago, I brought it in to see if they could do anything about it. They went above and beyond what I had expected and walked out of there a happy camper (or should I say photographer) in less then 10 minutes! Great service, great knowledge!

Great staff and decent prices! Lots of selection for gear and second hand gear is sold at very reasonable prices! Bought my main camera body here about a year ago and it hasnt failed me yet!
