Job was done as expected, in a timely manner and no hidden costs. Front staff could be more patient and considerate.

They could get my car in pretty quickly, and the base price of the oil change was pretty reasonable. But there were always additional charges for fluids and random things I didn’t ask for and they didn’t ask me about. I called them back on the extra charges once because I could tell they hadn’t filled my windshield wiper fluid, and I knew I didn’t need the other extras, and the owner was extremely aggressive and angry about other negative reviews. He refunded some of the charges in the end, but I never went back because I couldn’t trust the work to be honest. I also ended up needing to replace tires early due to uneven wear after repeatedly being told the tire rotation I asked for was unnecessary.

So I had my 2020 Hyundai in for an oil change and alignment. The young fella had mentioned I needed a Stabilizer Bar Control Link. So Johnathan gave me a quote. Then Johnathan told me to check with Hyundai cause it might be under warranty and sure enough it was. A huge Thank you to Johnathan for telling me this cause would of booked with Henry's and spent 120.00 dollars. It's being done for free yippy! Best customer service ever. That's why I keep going back!

Been struggling to work out some noise coming from the brakes. We bought the car a little over a year ago and have been chasing the noise. October 1st, I took my car in for an oil change and prepared myself to replace all the rotors and pads and whatever else it took to fix the issue. The mechanic worked hard and solved the issue!
