Hidden Hilltop Family Campground

4.5 stars rounded up.
Nice campground and a lovely stay. Nice lots, roomy. Lots of amenities for kids (we had none with us but the ones around seemed to be living their best lives).
Septic hookups would be better if they had a threaded fitting.
$5 per person visitor rate and not being allowed to bring car in seemed steep.
A ton of seasonal campers.

It was older rundown needs some upgrading showers were not the greatest kind of mildew smelling. All we smelt was sewer all the time.left a day early! Staff were friendly. Took a day to fill our propane tank. It was ok!

Great place for children. Great place if you enjoy smoking cigarettes and drinking. However, if you want to enjoy a joint of marijuana: you're a criminal that must stand on the shoulder of the highway, and do the walk of shame across a kilometer of campground.

There's no logical explanation other than imposing their personal views on Marijuana.

Great place, great people and incredible fireworks! They gotta upgrade the electrical though. We lost power a few times cause everyone was running their AC and it kept tripping the breakers. Would help if they had 24/7 contact too. One time the breaker tripped at 11: 30pm, we didn't get a response back until the next morning, not good if you require a sleep apnea machine, might have to bring a battery backup if we go back.

Beautiful, well maintained campground with lots of amenities. The staff are really nice here.
