Just got a “Gold” cleaning package done from their Auto Spa and I am so impressed. The rig is a 2011 Highlander and it honestly looks brand new inside. Don’t know how they did it, but truly an exceptional job. On top of that, the guy at the desk, Zack, is super friendly and has such a great attitude. He even helped me out by swapping my license plate (which is not part of the cleaning service, obviously). Really went above and beyond and I’ll tell everyone I know that this is the spot to go! Thanks so much!

I have three ford cars and frequently go out of my way to have them serviced there instead of other dealers. They are obliging, prompt, reasonable and whether it is Donnie T, Jonathan or Cory they all go the extra mile.
I purchase tires there for even my non Ford vehicles and experience best prices and great service.

I am realy disapointet today. I asking for a F150 or F250 Flyer for a german friend, he is not online. But they have none. The I ask the salesperson for the starting price for a F150 Supercab V8 4x4 or a F250 Diesel super stroke 4x4 Double cab. And all what I get from him is the Website where he can look.
Ford Highland no thanks.

I own a 2017 Ford Escape. My dealership in Harrow, Ont replaced my 2 deflector sheilds in Oct 2020. On our way to the east coast, both sides of my deflector sheild fell down dragging on the highway. Once in Brockville, Ont and the other side in New Glasgow. Thank you to Highland Ford for replacing the screw for free. Greatly appreciated!

Had an issue, vehicle needed towing. These jokers tried to charge me $1100 to replace a 75 dollar fuel pump (20m job) and book 3 hours for labor. When I laughed and asked if they were serious they said they could do $1k. I said I can do zero, and drove it away.

For a 15 year old vehicle. What is it with Nova Scotia and the scummiest auto personnel in the country?

Booked my first apt for my new Ford Ranger. Got me in quickly, did a great service and walked me through some things that I had some questions about. Booked my undercoating while I was there in their "Fast Lane"! Prices are on par with most dealerships, so no surprises there. I like the fact that their service, parts and sales all kinda have their own separate locations with their own outside entrances. Makes things really nice during all this COVID stuff so that you don't have to track all the way through the place, you can just go where you need to.

Thank you for the generic response below. If you indeed cared about the customer and wanted to make things right as stated wouldn't you pick up the phone and call the customer? I'm not chasing Highland Ford anymore!

Thank god i don't live anywhere near this dealership. They cost me literally thousands and ruined my vacation. If your looking to get your vehicle serviced and your not under warranty look elsewhere.

I brought my truck there as it was acting up while i was towing my trailer home from Newfoundland to Ontario. I told them there was a lack of power, blowing black smoke and i had no boost. They told me it was a throttle plate sensor. I told them very clearly that this throttle plate is not on the truck and that is why they are getting this code. This plate is known to stick and people remove them. They were only put on the truck for a few months. Mine had been removed around 100 000km ago. They were adamant that this was the problem. The part was US stock only and i was told it would come in on Monday (it is now Thursday). I had to fly my wife back home to work and then i would start the drive myself on Monday. The part didn't come in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. For the remainder of the week they couldn't track this part or return my phone calls. All i got was hopefully tomorrow. So I'm living out of a motel room with with no info. I even tried to disconnect the sensor and see if it would run right on Wednesday just so i could get home. Service advisor was more worried about getting stuck with the $300 part which was extremely offensive! How is that my problem it takes 10 days to get a part and you can't even track it? ! If i had known they just throw a stamp on it and send snail mail I would have ordered it myself online. All of this I can get over and i get it stuff happens.

I get a call Friday. "We've test drove your truck its ready to go. Lots of power". This was clearly a lie. I pick up the truck and can instantly tell it is not fixed. They told me to drive it a while as they had to "reset all the values". I drove 300k to pick up the trailer and went back to the dealership. The truck was still not running right at all. This is now Friday afternoon of a long weekend so obviously not much anybody can do.

The service advisor who doesn't return calls got the manager. I asked him to come out and help me figure it out as its like i got no boost like i said from the very beginning. I could hear the turbo spooling up but I just couldn't get above 10psi. Within 5 minutes we figured out the intercooler had a gaping hole in it and was leaking. This was clearly my issue. I really appreciate the service manager taking the 10 minutes to help me out. I knew there was a leak i just couldn't pin point it by myself as the diesel motor is so loud. I loaded it up and he could hear it. He helped me find one at a wreckers to get me on my way which was also nice.

So I ended up having to race to a junkyard and replace this on the side of the road myself. I instantly had boost and my truck was fixed. I didn't even get an apology from this dealer. Moral of this story is there are no mechanics anymore. If there is no code they cant fix it. How, after me informing them I have no boost they couldn't locate a simple leak is beyond me. This cost me thousands and ruined a vacation.

I would hate to see what they are doing to people who are not handy. Just keep throwing parts at it until they go away or they trade it in?

We had a great experience at highland ford with sales person James Cooley … James did not pressure us into buying at all but was very professional in every way possible … he explained every detail with patience in a way that 75 year olds would understand … perhaps I can explain our experience in this way … we have never thought of giving a salesman a gift … well, even though our gifts to his children were small, they were just a small token of our appreciation for the experience we had with this young man … well done James

I only give 1 star due to the fact that I was very interested getting into a Ford and trying it out. I told the salesman what we wanted, what our budget was, and that we were interested in buying asap. I was able to test drive the vehicles easy enough but when it came to talking numbers it was like pulling teeth. Didnt seem to want to work with us at all on price and financing. Was supposed to receive calls from the salesman and never did. When i called him it always seemed like i was an inconvenience and not important. Due to his negligence I gave up on Ford all together and they lost the sale. Went back to Dodge where I was able to get what I wanted with a great amount of help and friendly customer service. Customer service did not seem to be a priority at Highland ford.
