Totally beautiful location, we stopped off in Sydney for my birthday on our way to Cape Breton Island.upgraded, lovely view of the harbour, lovely breakfast.will definitely recommend

Older hotel for a Holiday Inn. Although they are renovating one of the restaurants.

Was greated with "do you have a credit card, " not a hello, or how are you guys. Then we were double charged for our room. Beds were comfortable but the room smelt like it had been smoked in for a good while.

Visited in January for 2 nights. The power went out in the middle of the night. We had to check out very very early to find somewhere to shower etc before attending a function. I have emailed and contacted the hotel hoping for at least a compt room. Not had a response at all and

I love staying at this hotel!
The location is beautiful, the staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable!
The kids especially loved the pool with the water slide going directly in to the pool.
Looking forward to our next stay!

Simple old rooms but beautiful views. Beds are super comfy, hotel clean and location is fab.

Hotel was very accommodating and understanding to our entire family during a difficult time. The rooms and the food were excellent and the staff exceptional. We will be back.

Nice view, water front hotel, room is nice too. Friendly staffs, good breakfast. We enjoy the experience.

Wonderful place to live on Ocean, awesome rooms and very welcoming and cooperating staff. Very peaceful. I recommend this place. Thanks to Ms. Fatima working here who handled our check in a very smooth way. She helped us a lot.

A nice location on the waterfront, but this hotel doesn't live up to Holiday Inn (IHG) standards.
I stay in IHG hotels very often. In many locations.
Just finished a couple week road trip through eastern Canada.
6 IHG hotels in the last 2 weeks.
I was warned by a friend before staying at this one, that it wasn't very good and it lived up to that.
Parking not included with the room, but they don't take vehicle information or have you display a card in your vehicle. Felt like just a money grab.
Microwave missing in our room.
Fridge in our room didn't work.
Laundry facilities at hotel not functioning.
Staff were polite, but didn't seem to care about the issues. It was obvious they weren't going to do anything about them.
Hotel and rooms were clean and quiet at least.
