Had an alignment booked, got there and then told me that my car couldn't go on the machine because it was lowered, its only lowered an 1" and 3/4 from factory. I went to the machine a mechanic came to me and said they put lowered mustangs on it all the time they just use some boards to aid in getting it over the hump, then another mechanic that would be the one doing it came out and made a bunch of excuses of how he wouldn't be able to do it even though anything he said wasn't actually a good reason to make it impossible to do, took time off work to get this done and just was sent back out the door, not to mention the 100s of other poeple that have gotten ripped off hard by them I wont be back ever.

Go see Shannon at Hollis Ford for all your Ford purchases. I drove up from Sackville to Truro because there was no other dealers worth talking to after first inquiry’s. Shannon didn’t try to upsell aggressively. She went over and above to make a reasonable deal happen and we will be returning in the future as our first stop.

I went in concerned about a hillside assist light warning and dealt with Jessica. They squeezed me in for an appointment which I was super appreciative for. $420 later to run a test which had nothing to do with my concern. Shame on me, I was going to leave it at that. However Jessica follows up via my personal cell phone through text. I explain I thought I had been taken advantage of (was told labour was $125/hour and only took 2 hours) so I was baffled by the cost and she then proceeds to tell me all the reasons I should be thankful that they helped me? I’m definitely not thankful for being manipulated, harassed or price gouged!

I also witnessed Jessica being disrespectful to her co-worker Mikayla, you could cut that tension with a knife.

Put in multiple requests about a vehicle via their website. Never received a response other than the auto generated email saying we got your message and will contact you during business hours.
Drive down there and couldn't find the vehicle I was looking for. A week later the vehicle was still listed and still no response.
Maybe they are good if you go in, but having to leave messages because I work, zero response.

It is so Wonderful to have exceptional customer service from all of the Hollis Ford Team. We have bought 2 F-150 SuperCrew Trucks from Hollis, with the help of Rob. I have just booked regular maintenance for our truck, and the Team from both the Parts and Service department were quick to give me appointments, and pricing.

Glad we leased our Escape because we would have to be brain dead to buy it. In the 3 years we had it, the engine has been replaced, and leaked transmission fluid after plus multiple other issues. Stay tuned for more!

Front desk insisted that I don't have the maintenance care included even though I told them I did. Ended up paying out-of-pocket because I didn't want to make a scene. Total rip-off.

Terrible after sale service.

First, for me to write a review on google, this had to be one of my most frustrating experience received because it is not my type to go and spread bad experience but with this circumstance I had to share my situation to prevent others to experience the same.

My Ford 2020 had some repairs that was not under warranty, which cost me 4500$ to fixed. After the truck was "repaired" I drove 600km and I had to tow my truck to another dealership. They noticed that the repaired was poorly done and caused additional damages to other part and had to redo the whole job + other repairs. They installed the wrong parts and the director of service denied it until I had the other dealership to contact him to provide evidence.

I have contacted 6 times the dealership, left 2 voicemail and 4 notes at the front desk for the GM to call me which never happened.

My truck is still in the shop after 6 weeks because of their mistake and still, I have not received 1$ in credit for their mistake. Imagine paying full price for a repair to get your truck worst and losing your truck for more than 1 month and having no feedback. Obviously, my monthly payment will be paid for a truck that I can’t use and I am losing revenue (since this truck is meant to be on the road to generate profite for our company) because of their mistake, but hey that’s not their problem or their fault right?

I guarantee you that spending an extra 400$ to tow your truck to another dealership is going to save you a lot of money.

**We have over 10 Ford F350 and F450 in our company and went to many different Ford dealership for repairs and maintenance across the country because of work and this was the worst costumer service received from Director/GM**

I started out writing a good review until I got almost ripped off. I took my vehicle in for an issue I was having with the steering they told me that I need it a lower steering rod or column 13 or 1400 later with the quote. I took it over to a mechanic he sprayed Rush check all over it and it's working fine. Hollis still charged me $73 and shop fees which all they had to do was spray it but of course they didn't vehicle is working fine and quite happy to go to another mechanic now. The girls at the service counter are fantastic very friendly and I do not blame them one bit. Maybe the mechanics need more training.

I have always had a good experience with my vehicle being serviced and the staff always friendly and great to deal with!
